Ken and Jordan have been great this morning, explained what the insurers had instructed them to do to fix our issues.

Very polite and efficient kept the work tidy and cleaned up after them after they had finished.

Marcus visited to carry out a drains survey. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy.

Faz and Joel were excellent. However, it was clear that they were given incorrect instructions. Soil samples were taken from the rear of my property. The affected area is the front of my property. Faz and Joel are not permitted to deviate from the instructions, even though they agreed that they were taking soil samples from the wrong area. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that they are not trusted to use their experience and common sense. I believe that another visit will be required to obtain soil samples from the affected area.

Alex Bull and Luke Curtis arrived on time and were extremely polite and explained clearly the work to be carried out. They treated our home with respect and were very tidy and considerate. Extremely happy customers!! Thank you.

The team arrived on time and were well prepared and knowledgeable about what they had to do. Faisal was excellent at explaining every stage of their work so that we could understand each stage of the process. Joel too was an impressive representative of your company bringing intelligence as well as physical strength to the work in hand. Their apprentice Ashenden was also polite, willing and smartly turned out. Under Faisal’s leadership the task (about which we had been very worried) was completed with respect for us and our house/garden leaving little trace of the earth’s disturbance.) We cannot speak too highly of Innovation Group’s work this morning - fully deserving of their five stars

Jack Meekings at Innovation Group was absolutely fantastic at handling my complaint. He was very patient, knowledgeable and really understood the problem and the best course of action to resolve it. He is an asset to the company and I would go so far to say he is the most professional person I have ever liaised with, when handling a customer service issue.

The trial bore hole team were great - Alex Bull and Luke Curtis. They were very polite, worked hard and I would never have known a hole had been dug - other than the appearance of some lumps of concrete placed neatly that had been dug out!
We hope all the other contactors are equally as polite.

Excellent service from Faz and Joel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Faz and Joel from the Innovation Group came to carry out three boreholes to take soil samples, and I couldn’t fault them.

They were both extremely polite, courteous and informative, explaining what they were doing throughout.
They were also very considerate of my two little dogs, making sure the gates were kept shut whenever my back door was open and taking care to ensure their safety.
This really meant a lot to me.

They worked incredibly hard, even in the rain, and remained professional and friendly throughout.

A credit to the Innovation Group! Great lads who clearly take pride in their work and care about their customers.

Faz and Joel were excellent from the time they came they kept us updated of what they were doing up to when they went. Very polite people!

Allan and James were great, sorted out the issue quickly and cleanly. They gave me all the information I needed.

Chris and Charlie (008817) attended my property today due to having no water. They were both very efficient on the job and found the issue straight away they advised me on what the issue was and what they would do to help me get a temporary water supply so I could have full working water access. Both were very respectful to my property taking shoes off when entering and would like to say they were great at what they do! I am extremely thankful!

Kevin and Jordan from Innovation group, who attended our property were thorough professional and expert in their field. They completed the job and replaced new drainage pipes underneath our driveway. To sign it off, they laid the bricks back onto the driveway and it looked immaculate. Very happy with the job and fingers crossed, this will sort out our leak issue underneath the kitchen floor.

Ben & Bill were very friendly and explained the process well , left the my garden tidy .

Cody and Callum arrived on time and worked quickly. They were friendly and explained everything.

Marcus came around at short notice to have a look at a problem with our drain. He did an initial assessment of the problem and did an excellent job of explaining to me and showing photos of what the problem is, and how it can be fixed. Given drains are not my specialty, it is high praise from me that he made it clear to understand and very much appreciated.
