Both Alex and Luke went above and beyond to ensure the inspection was as unobtrusive as possible.
Clean and tidy and incredibly professional in their approach, arrived early and were polite and friendly. Excellent service all round!

Innovation group arrived on time got to work quickly and left the area as they found it .The operatives were friendly and helpful.

The first experience wasn’t the best as the equipment failed and was unable to complete the task, had to wait another week for the operatives to return, finally job completed to satisfaction.

The staff - Faz and Joel did a great job. They were on time and completed their work in the time they said it would take. They cleaned and tidied the area too. They were polite and efficient.

The guys who came for the diagnosis and repair were nothing less than brilliant. They worked extremely hard at what was at one stage a difficult job. Marcus and Rob, along with Liam, were very reassuring and clear in their explanations. I would have them back any time. They did much to reduce my stress.

Josh & Ash turned up at the expected time. Kept me informed of the process. Very tidy, put everything back, would never know they had been!

Reading from a very poor script and bouncing you back and forth between them and ERS.
I’m afraid I’ve put the phone down out of utter frustration.
They will do everything in their power to be as difficult over a claim as possible.

Am using this company for a subsidence claim via Aviva which started 11August.So far they have constantly fobbed me off by not responding to emails and delaying the response times from 2 to so far 17 days.I have no choice but to use them but am not happy so far as their customer service is awful.I need an engineer/surveyor to visit as sent them the report 3 weeks ago .

Friendly team who communicated well. Work carried out professionally keeping us up to date throughout.
