Follow-up Assistance
The follow up assistance when the policy went missing via email was great. It was some IT glitch (I think with my email provider) - but the staff was able to come up with a solution and followed through. And called at the agreed time!

Easy to renew, not too expensive. I have not had to use my insurance yet, so am unable give any feedback on process should you want to claim.
