Very simple and straightforward process…
Very simple and straightforward process for getting my professional indemnity insurance. It was also just over $100 cheaper than my previous insurance coverage. I will definitely reinsure through them.

Straightforward online renewal, except that it needed extra finding of previous materials held by you from previous years. Delay was clumsy.

Fast response from my initial call to contact with outside solicitor. Solicitor fitted me in quickly and took the time to give me advice and guidance with a tricky issue. She was absolutely lovely and absolutely helpful!

Overseas renewal n
I was out of Australia and was not able renew my policy online. This has been so frustrating , emails back and forth and no progress. Yesterday I flew into Australia and simply renewed the policy while in transit .
Not being able to renew while overseas is frustrating -I travel a lot . If I have the same issues next year I will go to another company .

This company went over and above to support me when asking whether they would be able to provide cover for a specialist/niche area of my profession. Even though in the end I didn't need that cover, they were proactive and timely in their responses. They're also affordable.
