Very good agency. Easy and simple I have applied for work, had my interview and got a job offer with great company with no issues. Agency staff is very friendly and helpful.

I lost my job at AAH pharmacuticals due to louise manison stepping in with this agency had a conversation with her to negotiate me working there under her but she never spoke to the transport manager and got back to me despite me working there for 5 months through another agency found her to be a devious liar .Very recently she has employed jess from pinpoint recruitment who didn't attend a disciplinary meeting she didn't turn up for and was sacked from pinpoint for being untrustworthy and fiddling the drivers out of money .I would stay away from interaction they are well dodgy slimey consultants go and register elsewhere is my advice.

This recruitment company is in cahoots with other companies like pin pint, M4 best connection they operate in a very unethical way amd after a week they will co hearse you in to putting up a review for them so most are fake reviews not a good company lkke the obes i just mentioned and after a few months they will not say they have no more work for you they will leave you without work unless you are smart . Really not a good company ti work for

Got a call about a job I applied for. A person who called me didn’t listen to my answers, kept asking me the same questions about my previous experience. She didn’t know the meaning of the words ‘freelance’, ‘start up’ and ‘pre trading’. I had an impression they had no clue about what different jobs entail. I also don’t understand why their portal requires me to upload lots of personal information like id, proof of address, etc.
No other agency in my life has ever asked me to upload a copy of my passport onto their website. Surely it cannot be secure with increased cyber crime. What’s going on?

A very uncaring Agency to work for, they do not support their workers when they have completed a probationary period with a Company, and want to be offered a Permanent Full Time Role. I was told my hourly rate would be reduced, with no explanation. Their contract with James & James eCommerce Fulfilment is not beneficial to their workers, as James & James think nothing of taking them on and then disgarding them like so much garbage when "Volume of work is low", which happens on a regular basis. To lay staff off at Christmas is unfair,specifically those staff who work hard and do what they're told. The only plus point is they pay you on time,otherwise my rating would've been one star. Avoid like the Plague

Absolutely a joke so this job agency put up a job for £13 witch I got then they decided to pay me less can't believe this never again will I work for a company that lie and deceive people lucky to receive one star

I have recently attended a meeting with a 'commercial recruiter' at Interaction Recruitment in connection with a role that I felt I was eminently suitable for and where my experience and skill set could add significant value.
The lady who met with me at their Kettering offices was dismissive, abrupt and, at the point she got up and walked out of the room, very rude.
I have 17 years experience as a National Account Manager looking after multi-million pound customers; never in all of my working life have I experienced such shabby and unprofessional treatment.
I would avoid this organisation both as a prospective employee and as an organisation looking to utilise their services. In a word - diabolical.

If you don’t answering because your busy at that split second in time you will be hit with 5-10 calls and texts and the texts will be extremely rude and unprofessional and of putting tbh

Not helpful and extremely rude made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I will say not everyone I have had contact with within the company are like this just a small minority that will or already has by the looks of there trustpilot reviews are giving this company a bad name

Interaction Recruitment have spent the last three weeks spamming my phone with text messages inviting me for jobs despite the fact that I have never signed up for their services. I emailed them with a GDPR right to be forgotten which they have ignored. I have tried blocking the messages on my phone but they keep getting around the block. Incredibly unprofessional company - if you do use them make sure they're storing your personal info securely.

I have been looking for work for a while with no success then a guy called jack heron from interaction recruitment, Romford got in touch with regarding a vacancy.
Jack could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful not just at the beginning but throughout the whole process, he kept me informed every step of the way, he is clearly dedicated to his work and has a passion and pride in what he does and does it brilliantly. If i could give him 6 starts i would but i can only give 5, great company with great people helping other people back to work

This employer is absolutely disgusting. Applied for tons of jobs with them, they ignore, they discriminate and when you talk to the staff they are rude and patronising. Absolute horror of an employer, avoid at all costs!!

Job was offered, waited 10 days for day one at work for "log run work" client delay till midday, of course unpaid day.
On day two at work after induction and quick walk at site was offered a metal frame work.
All the time I am second fix chippie.
The contractor was more interested what wehicle I am driving than what I can do!
The agent thinks only for his commission!

I have used the Watford branch for my company. Ebony is very helpful, and always comes up with the staff that we required. The standard of staff were very good and they were reliable. I would highly recommend. Good work Watford branch, keep it up.

Worked for them a few times,but wouldn’t again!
Even though jobs went well they wouldn’t even contact me when a very local job came up?!!!
But then I’ve only been working as a spark for 36 years,SO MAYBE THEY KNOW BEST????!!!!!

Fake Jobs. They advertise jobs on websites that don’t even exist simply to have people to contact if they need. So you apply thinking a job is a great fit when in reality they don't even have it. They get you to register with the agency claiming it is for a position but then you never hear from them or get told what the position was! Clearly because there never was one. I guess they just need numbers of people signing up to get the bonuses. I have applied for a decent job I had experience for, even booked half a day holiday to go to their agency to register as they called me ‘for a role’, scanned my passport etc and promised to phone the next day and then disappeared! I will check this out because that smells fishy and illegal. Don’t waste your time.
