First time I've used Intercargo! They are great, I recommend them to anyone who has not yet used them!! There prices are fantastic, and the staff are lovely. Always there to answer ALL your inquires unlike SOME other cargo companies.
Other companies can learn a lot.

This is strange,I opted not to go on with the booking and they charged me £25.00 for cancellation even though The booking was not processed as shown in their Email,
I asked for explanation and they said General Cargo means Business or Commercial although this term is not explained anywhere in their website,and this General cargo is default selected,also Accountant told me they receive so many complaints about this
..so they know that this confuse customers but they use it as a trap because when you see General Cargo it means all sort of cargo and have nothing to do with Commercial or Business but for them they have another meaning .. Useless first time customer got ripped off and they will never answer your email or call they will always say we will call u back or out of office reply.

I book the cargo to Dubai and they add so much hidden charges and I've to pay extra GBP 200 other than the GBP 90.00 which i gave initially for the Booking. They changed the Cargo airline without informing me and there agent at destination is another scam as they rip you off like anything. The agent is dubai asked me to pay AED 750.00 for just issuing Delivery Order and then you have to clear the Goods yourself through customs which is another AED 350.00. On the top there will be storage charges. They are unprofessional people. Please avoid using there service, the staff is not friendly and are very unhelpful.
I'm going to report this company and there agent to Respected Authorities.
Please avoid using them as they are total Scam

I would like to thank Intercargo for there friendly service, and marvellous efforts in helping me transferring all my personal belongings back to my country. (Bahrain)
They are the best cargo company I have used in a very long time. Intercargo have answered all my emails very promptly. I always get clear responses to ALL my queries.

Other then that, it has been a pleasure to have sent my stuff through Intercargo. I am very happy with the service they have provided and the efficiency with which they worked.
I wish them all the very success. Keep up the good work guys.

Intercargo has very cheap, reliable and quick service. Everything came just in time although I have experienced bad cargo problems with other companies in the past.With Intercargo I have no problems at all.

I will be happy to use Intercargo again.

The prices were too good, I just had to give them a go despite the other reviews. I then did some research of my own and looked at other companies reviews who had a lot more than this company. I was cautious when dealing with them and took out the insurance to be on the safe side. In short, the prices are reasonable, I chose their economy air service and it took 6 days to receive my shipment. I couldn't print my labels once I made the booking online however I contacted their customer support who emailed them across. They came & collected it and arrived at Changi airport as advised.

They do not seem like a scam to me & will definitely use them again when I'm sending over more of my personal belongings. Chuffed to bits!

I Cancelled my order because they decided to change the ambiguos terms and conditions of the shipment. To carry on with my order i wouldve had to pay more money for the service i selected. the clever thing was i had already paid for the service so it was either i pay more, or pay £25 to cancel. i was already displeased with the service and speaking to [name] who was completely rude and unprofessional i asked for my refund. well he stopped replying to my emails after this. i rang them on several occasions when i was just put on hold each time. i decided to email the company director [name]and he stopped responding to my emails also. so i wrote to my bank and in the end, my bank reversed the payment and gave me back my full amount! My advice to anyone that considering to use this company is to THINK TWICE! and use a reliable, reputable source that wont scam you! If you dont believe me look at all the genuine reviews about this company so far, none which are positive. !was utterly disgusted and sickened by the handling of this company, i will make sure i write to all their sponsors/ partners to make sure that no one else goes through what i did with INTERCARGO!

no customer service, false phone number contact for office in NYC, terrible response time. Do not be fooled by the attractive price, highly unprofessional company and unreliable. No communication within the company, I have to re-explain my story every single day I call. Package supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days, been 2 months now. They have no idea where it is and have the audacity to blame the customer for the label which came off (Label put on by people who picked up the package...)
This is as close of a SCAM as it gets, Do not use if you care about what you are shipping because you will be disappointed for sure.
