Ordered outdoor furniture from this company. Great price and personally delivered by the owner. Arrived ahead of the expected time. Helped to unpack and took away the boxes for us. Brilliant service !

Ordered a shower door, its not right and they will not accept a return as the box was opened. Unfortunately you have to open the box to check to see if it’s the right order.

Great communication and item delivered at day and time specified.

Purchased 2 x worktops in April (very reasonably priced) but work not being carried out until May. Very accommodating in arranging delivery nearer time. Driver friendly and helpful on delivery day.

Purchased our bathroom suite in November 2023, top quality products finished to the highest standards bathroom looks fantastic.
Just had a faulty thermostat for our shower so messaged the chat on website quoting my order number. Received a message back to say a new one was in the post and within a day I received my new thermostat, now fitted and working again. You can’t ask for better than that fantastic customer service who know how to look after their customers.

At every stage it was a pleasure to deal with Interiors Home Stores.

They were one of a small number of online shops who stocked a fairly unusual shower tray, and at a competitive price.

The delivery was faster than expected, and I'm very happy with the quality of the tray - and also impressed by their quick response when I asked a question.

Shocking communication. Ordered a vanity unit mid May, showed delivery in 3-7 days. This passed and over the next 4 weeks I emailed chasing, each time given a different answer about when it would be delivered, each time told they would email to confirm, each time nothing! Finally got an email saying they had arrived, but wrong ones and so it would be July.

They are still selling the item as available for delivery in 3-7 days!

Awful communication, when I was enquiring about my order they didn't answer my emails, messages or calls. When they did answer one of my calls, they didn't help me at all. Even though they said they'd call me back to discuss my order, they never did.

When it came to the delivery of my worktops, they waited at least 4 days to tell me that I couldn't get it delivered to my area. Even then they only told me that, once I chased up the order.

They also clearly don't update the website pictures often, as they were using old delivery maps (where their couriers will deliver in uk). Then they updated their new map which meant that they no longer delivered to my area. Again, I only found this out by calling them about it, not the other way around.

Finally, I had to chase for a refund. I guess they werent going to let me know about the money they owed me back.

Customer service clearly absent here.

Contacted Amanda from the store who helped me order the Darla Paisley tiles making sure it matched the sample tile as I ordered the same tiles from another company but sadly when it was delivered the tiles were a different shade of colour to the sample tile. Thankfully Amanda from the Interior Home Store made sure I was happy with my tiles which I am! Thank you for a happy and successful service. Will be ordering more goods in the near future!

Arrived in good condition, just slow to despatch and give updates. Needed tiles for a job I was working on and definitely added stress trying to contact the office for an update and waiting days for them to be sent out. Courier was DPD, next day service. Would have been great if the order was just processed quicker, especially considering how expensive the delivery charges were... £50 for a DPD service which is less than £15 for goods up to 30kg (extortionate if I'm honest). It's a shame because the website and items on offer seem good. Staff were helpful and polite too... But as a tradesman I can't justify using this company again unless I have to.
