CRIMINAL CONFISCATION & CORPORATE EVASION: Signed Legal Contracts Mean Nothing to Them!
Do not let the sleek online design or the misleading "Authority" branding fool you. When the documentation sold by this business leads to severe legal trouble abroad, their management completely disappears rather than taking accountability.
1. Forensic Seizure by Italian Authorities
The translation card issued by this commercial platform was confiscated by Italian Police in Venice during an official vehicle inspection. The matter resulted in vehicle impoundment and formal criminal court proceedings (Case RGNR 7603/2026). A state technical examination (Relazione Tecnica 118/RT/2026) officially determined the document to be a fake "documento di fantasia" (purely fictitious credential) with zero legal validity under international conventions.
2. Breach of Executed Settlement Agreement
To resolve the resulting legal liabilities and defense costs incurred, operating entity Pathway Travel Pte. Ltd. (Singapore UEN: 202401009W)—operating under US parent entity International Automobile Authority LLC (Florida Doc #L25000149198)—executed a binding, signed Settlement Agreement (Ref: IAA-SETTLE-2026-0002). Under this legal contract, they formally agreed to reimburse out-of-pocket defense attorney costs (Tax Invoice #18-2026, Avv. Sabrina Bacchin).
3. Total Default & Support Disappearance
As soon as the official attorney invoice was submitted for payment, their customer support and management completely cut off communication. Direct emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages are met with total silence. At the exact same time, their account posts automated, meaningless replies here pretending they care about customer service.
Notice to Corporate Ownership & Directors: For independent verification of the criminal case records, forensic police reports, and the outstanding settlement default, your management team can check directly with your counterpart firm / legal representatives in Singapore.
Hiding behind offshore registrations will not shield you from legal contracts. Formal regulatory complaints and judicial filings are underway with the Florida Attorney General Consumer Protection Division (FDUTPA), CASE Singapore, the CCCS, and the CJTS Small Claims Tribunal. Honor your signed legal agreement!

This is a scam! Please do not give them your money! I ordered their document for use in Poland. The website shows the “enterprise” rental car logo…enterprise rejected it. It turns out they CANNOT issue a valid IDP for the US. Only AAA can. Enterprise has a sign in their lobby at the airport telling you not to use this company…I wish I had seen it before I did. Now I lost money and I wasn’t able to rent a car, so I had to cancel my trip. It is such a shame that an organization exists to make money by scamming people. I’m so depressed that I was duped. I tried using their online portal for customer service, but they said that I needed to give them a letter from the rental car company stating the company rejected the document. That is not something enterprise does. So I asked for more help…and they sent me a link to “continue the conversation on WhatsApp”…which I elected not to do. So weird to require the conversation to be continued on a third party messaging application. This company should be ashamed of the scam they are running.

If what you need is an IDP then do not buy from this site, it's not valid and is a total waste of money.

Our document is a certified translation of your valid domestic driver’s licence, formatted in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic and the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic. This is clearly disclosed on our website and throughout the application process, including at checkout, where customers are required to acknowledge the nature of the document before completing their order.
The document must always be presented alongside your original driver’s licence and does not replace it. Acceptance may vary depending on the relevant authority, rental company, or jurisdiction.

I paid for this service and presented the document to Europcar rental agency in Florence Italy. They did not accept this and I ended up having to pay 3x more for a rental at another agency that did not even ask to see the document. I requested a refund from the IAA and they declined. Unclear what the point of this service is. I do not recommend.

What I appreciated most was the transparency. They clearly explain on multiple pages of their website that this is a translation of your existing driver's license and not a government-issued International Driving Permit (IDP), so I knew exactly what I was orderingg.
I decided to order it anyway because it suited what I needed, and it actually did the job for me. The process was easy, everything was delivered quickly, and I used the document together with my original driver's license without any issues.
Very straightforward service and, most importantly, no surprises about what you're buying.

i selected 3 years while choosing the duration of the permit but after payment it says te license is only valid for one year. There must hav been some error in the site.

Its Not a real IDP and its not valid anywhere. Its only a translation, you still need a valid IDP issued from your own country. Google its validity before purchase to find out if its what you wanted. Less than 1 star from Me.
