I am very disappointed with my experience with E-ITCA.

Shortly after I completed my payment for the International Driving Document, I received a 50% promotional offer from ITCA with code 3M50. Since my application had not yet been processed or shipped, I contacted ITCA and requested that they honor the promotion or cancel my application and provide a refund.

ITCA confirmed a total refund of EUR 150. However, I have only received EUR 115, leaving EUR 35 still outstanding.

I have contacted their support team several times and provided screenshots showing the refund payments I received. Unfortunately, I have received no response regarding the remaining EUR 35.

I am simply asking ITCA to pay the remaining EUR 35 that is still owed to me. I have given them enough time to resolve this directly, but they have stopped responding.

I bought the licence, however it is no longer valid in Saudi Arabia and Thailand.

I ordered the physical card and booklet, and they arrived within one week using express delivery in the EU.

To be clear, the service provides a proper translation of your driving licence; it is not a driving licence by itself.

I recently used it in Greece together with my original foreign driving licence. I was never stopped by the police, so I cannot comment on how the authorities would treat it in a roadside check. However, the rental company accepted it without any issues, and I was able to rent the car and had a great experience.

I bought an International Driving Permit from them only to be informed by the police that it is fraudulent and not acceptable. As a result I will need to pay a fine of between $400 and $7000 here in Poland for driving without a valid IDP.
I tried to contact e-itca by phone, on chat, and email. Nothing in response. My bank has written to visa to block transactions to e-itca.

I have read ITCA's trustpilot reply and written to them asking for a refund. I will follow up when they have responded and/or paid.

I paid E-ITCA for an URGENT IDP on August 31 because they advertised delivery within 30 minutes. I paid specifically for that expedited service because I needed the document urgently.

They did not deliver it within 30 minutes. They did not deliver it within several hours either. More than 10 hours after payment, I requested cancellation and a full refund because I urgently needed the document and had already lost confidence that they would deliver it. It's been almost a month and they still haven't refunded my money.

There is an even more serious issue that every potential customer should investigate before giving this company money or personal documents.

E-ITCA is based in Istanbul, Turkey. Meanwhile, Turkey Turing ve Otomobil Kurumu states that it has the authority to issue IDPs in Turkey, and the FIA/UNECE IDP repository lists Turing as Turkey's issuing body.
Therefore, E-ITCA actually does NOT have the licence to issue international driving permits. I am pursuing complaints with the relevant consumer-protection and IDP authorities to get that question answered.

Based on my experience, I would stay away from E-ITCA at all costs. They took payment for an urgent service, failed to deliver it within the promised timeframe, and then refused to refund the order.I would not trust this company with my money or my personal driving-license information.

There are official IDP issuing organizations. Use one of them instead.

3 days and no delivery, tried contacting via email and WhatsApp and no reply. Will have to contact card issuer for refund. Avoid!
