NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO REFUND
I have ordered wrong Arcadia Lamp (not smart one) so sent it back to replace with the correct one or refund - opted for refund as I had hardly any response from their customer services.
The item was unpacked and sent to the company as per instructions on the 25th by DPD with tracking number and picture that the item has been received.
Since then I had zero response to my messages and beg for my money back in several emails - no response yet and it's 2nd of December.
This is the company that provides zero support so good luck if you need to send anything back.

Please avoid using this company. I ordered the large ProRep Beardie Billabong Pool which arrived in the smallest box suitable for it with a single layer of thin bubble wrap. This was totally inadequate; hence it arrived damaged. Like many others have said on here, they will ignore you once you return a faulty product. They talk a good game offering a refund or replacement but as soon as the return is on its way you wont hear back from them. No doubt someone else will receive the damaged item and they will just hope the customer will put up with it. I have had to open a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back which could now take weeks. The fact they aren't on here denying the accusations many have made is very telling. One of many companies now getting away with scamming, chancing that the customer won't try and claim their money back and just move on.
Fragile Product Arrived Broken
I ordered the ProRep Resin Humid Hide – Wood Tree Trunk Replica from Internet Reptile, but it arrived badly damaged. The item is extremely fragile and broke into multiple pieces inside the box, which suggests it isn’t sturdy enough for shipping. The ordering process was fine, but the product’s durability and packaging really need improvement.
Good products, good price, good customer service
So easy to use the website, found what I wanted (day/night thermostat) and reduced to a great price thanks to a black friday discount that was also in stock unlike other reptile specialist retailers.
They also showed great customer service by arranging a refund when I wasn't able to apply my new customer discount when ordering. I can't fault things at all and will be using them again for further purchases

The main issue here is with DPD but…
The main issue here is with DPD but sadly the customer service response received left me feeling like repeat business isn't important to them. This was my first order, I pick my baby snake up on Monday and wanted to be prepared. Was pleased to see the order was coming with DPD, usually they contact the day before with a time slot (had a delivery from them earlier this week with no issues). This didn't happen, I got a message at 5.30am when I was asleep to say they would be delivering between 7.05 and 8.05am. They came at 7.09am - this would have been fine as we were up - however the DPD driver rang the doorbell, immediately went back to his van and drove away. You can see on our doorbell cam that he didn't even have the box unloaded.
This was frozen food so of course I panicked and contacted Internet Reptile because DPD told me I wouldn't be able to collect it until the following day and I was worried it would thaw. They weren't interested at all and basically said it wasn't DPD's fault and if it thaws it would be no good. Completely unhelpful. It clearly states on the top of the box the parcel should not be returned to depot. This would be a 1 star review but it seems the DPD driver must have not waited for anyone to get to the door this morning and by 11am I had a message to say I could collect my parcel from the post office. So luckily it was still frozen and useable. Their courier really let them down here but their apathetic attitude sadly meant my first experience with them left me less than satisfied.

In store is fine , click and collect not so much
Had some time off work so ordered 4 terrariums click and collect so I could upgrade my tarantulas while I was off , I ordered these at around 9am Tuesday morning which said collection usually within 24hours and on their site says order before 1 on Monday collect Tues ,Tues collect weds and so on .
Weds came and I waited around and postponed plans ,to go and collect these items , had no emails so contact the store who said I need to wait for the email as can be more than 24hours and that the delivery that day didn't have my terrariums, and that it would now be Thursday.
So I rescheduled my Thursday plans to arrange to collect these as I'm not local , and still hadn't received any emails to say they would be ready to collect , so again call today, to be told that the morning delivery from the supplier hadn't turned up hence as yet nobody knew when my terrariums would arrive .
I explained I'd planned to do this on my days off and couldn't wait another day as I've already wasted 2 days. I asked for a refund which they had no issues In doing , but I now am left trying to source these before tomorrow, which has been a complete fail.
Feel a little annoyed ,as why advertise things are in stock when they clearly aren't stocked within the store or warehouse and seem to be ordered in from supplier when someone orders, and they are relying on the supplier delivering to them in time to fulfil the customer order.
Had I not called to enquire about where they were , I'm wondering if anyone would have bothered to let me know , it has now definitely put me off ordering in the future and would only buy direct from the shop if I was in the area and visited at the time , will not order from their online shop again
AVOID
Ordered bugs for my chameleon, was quick to take my money but received the bugs and one pack they were near enough all dead the other pack the size was way to big for a baby chameleon not what I ordered!!
Told me to return which I done the same day and now they’re ignoring my emails and won’t refund me! AVOID! Worst customer service!

No warning before subscription renew
Good quality insects. However, less impressed with the subscription service. They used to email me a few days before it renewed, which was very useful if I needed to postpone or edit the order. As of about six months ago, they've stopped doing that (I assume because they get more money if people are auto-ordering things they don't need). I still get the emails that say it's been ordered, but not the warning emails. Considering changing to a new service.
