Fruit flys were alive and still doing well, relatively quick shipping aswell couple days. Will purchase more when needed

Update 06/10/2025 still no refund, I spoke with someone over the phone whom said they would get this sorted, emails still being ignored and no one is answering the phones.

I cant recommend these guys enough - everything is brilliant.

9 times out of 10, im impatient and like to get things for Winston (My Leopard Gecko) ASAP so i pay for next day, which is only £1 more than standard shipping (win!). I've never ever had them fail this, its advertised as 1-2 days but its never taken that long, always next day. I think ive placed around 4 orders total, they have all arrived next day :)

Every product is very competitively priced, all my orders have been accurate and well packed.

I honestly couldn't fault them if i tried.

Ive had some bad experiences with other more well known reptile shops (Swell UK), these guys however are nothing short of brilliant.

I have ordered multiple times from this company, electrics and live food and never had an issue.
I received my live food parcel on Tuesday and just under half of them were dead and the ones that weren’t were a lot smaller than the size I’d ordered. I emailed the company after 11pm that evening and by the next morning had received a reply and a replacement was on its way. The replacement arrived today and all locusts were alive!

Be careful of buying anything from this shop when it comes to warranty they do not honour it. I bought a 100w Internet reptile uva/uvb basking lamp it said 6 month warranty on box. Failed after 4 months and when I contacted them they said it is only warrantied for 3 months when it clearly states 6 months on box

Had a Great Experience buying from Internet Reptile, very helpful Staff and provided lots of help when setting up our new Bearded Dragon Vivarium, only downside was having to drill new holes in the cabinet for the doors as they had been drilled in the wrong place by the manufacturer, easy fix , obviously Q.C isn't great in the factory it's made in, other than that top marks

The only thing I’m sad about is I never knew it existed earlier. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Better prices than than high street chains. My go to place for all my bearded dragons needs 💯

AVOID SCAM COMPANY
Ordered a UVB lamp from this company, and it stopped working within 2-3 weeks, became faulty and the unit would switch on and off by itself. I contacted them about it, and asked to have a replacement sent out as the UVB was mandatory for the health of my gecko. They told me no, I need to return the item first, and suggested that I BUY ANOTHER lamp from them, then send my return, that way, I wouldn’t be without! I eventually had to send the parcel back, and am now out of pocket and waiting for a refund from them when my return was received by them 2 days ago. Customer service is non-existent, and they have different company names on Amazon and different websites ‘The Pet & Outdoor Store’. Absolute scam artists - won’t be using this company again. Surely it’s illegal not to be refunded for an item that’s been returned and paid for.
