I had a really positive experience with Internetspecs. The owner, Mark, personally called me several times to answer all my questions and reassure me before I ordered — proper old-school patient customer service that’s second to none. Prices are very competitive too.

The only slight downside is that the website could be a bit newer design , and I would have appreciated more written detail about lens coatings and maybe options for Zeiss, but maybe that's the geek in me!

But overall, the service and support far outweigh that, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Really happy with the clarity and workmanship - just as good as my previous glasses made by my local optician. They had my order finished and shipped out within one week. Apparently they have a system to track if you keep checking the order status page - I did and they gave me a call after a few days to let me know they are almost finished.

The customer service is excellent- a team member phoned me to actually recommend I switch to a less expensive lens option which would be more suited to my needs. I’m delighted with my glasses.

Outstanding personal service. we needed a replacement frame for our daughter as she broken her frame and it was discontinued at local shops and Mark gave us an excellent service and found the frame

The default quality lenses were not available for my prescription, so the company gracefully upgraded to the superior quality lenses for free.
Safe packaging with good protection ensured my new glasses arrived undamaged.

My glasses were damaged in transit between transitions and internetspecs who responded very quickly. I received a new pair of glasses as ordered in only a few days. I am extremely pleased with the glasses and the price.

When my frames arrived they were too small for my face , internetspecs were great , i ordered a new frame, returned the first pair and was refunded really quickly , great company i will definitely use them again

My glasses lens were of a larger size so had to be specially made. The team at internetspecs kept me fully informed by email and telephone.
The glasses did take longer to arrive but I was very happy with them when they did. I will more than likely use this company again.
