Great quality bottle & excellent customer service
Great quality bottle. My daughter lost one of the seals so I contacted them to see if I could order a replacement. Inah dealt with my enquiry promptly and a new seal is on its way before I even asked. Great customer service and I would buy again due to this! (And also the bottle is doing well & easy to clean)

These bottles are great for school. They durable, leak free and easy for the kids to use. The designs are great - plenty for them to choose from and they keep the drinks cold all day. These are the second set of school bottles we’ve had from ION8 now (my own fault for putting the first through the dishwasher too many times and the patterns were damaged). Highly recommend ☺️

On the dishwasher point - you're absolutely right that repeated high-temperature cycles can gradually fade printed designs over time. The bottles themselves stay fully functional, but if you'd like to keep the patterns looking fresh longer, a quick hand wash works brilliantly. That said, knowing you came straight back for a second set tells us they're doing their job where it counts most.

An awful experience
An awful experience. Ordered a water bottle for my son in forest green, bottle arrived in the wrong colour. Asked for the correct one to be sent, and was assured it would be. It’s now been a month, and I've asked for a refund but their customer service are awful.
Would have been so easy to rectify this situation by simply sending the correct product.
Given the price - not worth it, especially given the length of time dealing with customer service. Highly recommend using another company. YETI do great custom bottles, and their service is far better (& a better product).

A month waiting for the correct bottle after we got the colour wrong in the first place, then being met with poor service when you asked for a refund - we understand completely why you've had enough, and we're genuinely sorry this has been your experience with us.
You're absolutely right that this should have been straightforward to fix. A wrong colour is our mistake, and replacing it promptly should have been automatic - not something requiring repeated follow-up and frustration on your part. The fact that you've now spent a month chasing what should have been resolved immediately is unacceptable, and we recognise how disappointing that is, especially when you were simply trying to get the right product for your son.

Very pleased with my Urban insulated bottle, bought a small size to keep in handbag while travelling in warmer climates. Keeps water cold for a long time with no condensation on the outside keeping the contents of my bag dry. Great purchase.

Good service in sorting out my issue
There is obviously a design flaw when the straw is attached but ION8 don't seem to want to acknowledge this. They were very helpful initially, providing a replacement straw but then lost interest when this made no difference.
Posted the above review and got an immediate reply from ion8 and an offer of a new water bottle or refund. So good service.

Reading your message, we can feel the frustration building - you reached out, we sent a replacement straw, and then the same issue persisted with no real resolution. That's genuinely disappointing, and we understand why you feel we've stopped listening.
When a replacement part doesn't solve the problem, that tells us something important about what's actually going on, and we should have stayed with you to get to the bottom of it rather than leaving things unresolved. The straw system is designed to work reliably, but if yours isn't performing as it should - even with a new straw - then something else needs looking at, whether that's the bottle itself, the seal, or how the components are sitting together.

Exceptional Brand
Absolutely amazing bottles I used to by my son those cheap no-leak bottles but they never actually worked, after a few months they would start leaking and he would that it would leak everyday. But one time we saw an ION8 bottle and decided to give it a chance. So easy to open with the triple-lock as well there is not a chance it could be opened accidentally and I have never actually came across a better bottle it is a MUST BUY absolutely exceptional products never bought a better bottle.

My daughter chose her new bottle to start the new term, unfortunately after only a handful of uses the bottle split when she accidentally dropped it on the floor. I filled out the very quick & simple help form on website & had a a response within 48hours, apologising & confirming that a replacement had already been arranged & was on the way! Nearly a month later — no bottles and no resolution
I am extremely disappointed with my experience of ordering from Ion8.
I ordered personalised school water bottles for my three children on 28 August, with delivery expected by 2 September. It is now 25 September, and I have still not received any part of the order.
Ion8 divided the order into two parcels. One was returned to the sender, while the other remained at a Royal Mail depot. An incomplete and unexplained address appeared on the order, combining my email address, part of a former address and my current postcode. I placed the order through the Shop app, which I have used regularly without previous delivery problems.
Instead of properly investigating how this malformed address was generated and resolving the issue with their courier, customer service simply stated that I had entered the wrong address. I was told to contact Royal Mail myself and that I would need to pay additional postage to have the returned personalised items sent again.
I cannot comment on the quality of the bottles because they never reached my children. The products may well be good, but the delivery handling and after-sales support have been deeply disappointing and did not feel customer-focused.
After nearly a month of emails and no delivery, I will return to competitors whose delivery service and customer support I have previously been able to rely on.

Strong and sturdy
My kids love these water bottles for school. The insulated ones work really well to keep drinks cool in the summer. A good range of designs, practical sizes and sturdy enough to withstand primary school life. We’ve purchased a couple times now and never had a problem with the order process or delivery. ☺️ My only reason for dropping a star is that i wish the details on the patterned bottles would withstand the dishwasher better.

Late delivery
Late delivery (promised Friday, turned ip on Monday) meant I couldn’t take two of the bottles to my grandson as intended, which spoiled an otherwise OK experience. I say OK because the website is a bit annoying (not enough filtering) and the free bottle if you spend over £30 is restricted to one size, which wasn’t my preference. The accessories are silly (who needs a shoulder bag/pouch for their water bottle?) and absurdly overpriced. But the bottles are nice and don’t leak.
