Still waiting for hose to arrive
Why too expensive for shipping when it takes so long. I should of had the hose for the pump last week Friday it’s Monday and I still won’t receive it. I am still loving my board I bought in 2021 it’s fabulous the pump itself is great the hose sucks would think there would be a more flexible hose. I am still not impressed with customer service nit sure if this is just a mom and pop type of company if so then i understand but when there’s so much advertising you would think the service would be better

I cannot say enough about the customer service at iRocker. I accidentally damaged my SUP before ever getting to use it and the customer service team was kind enough to offer me a replacement of a similar nature to the board I originally bought at no charge. I would recommend them to those looking to buy from an honest company that cares about their customers.

I ordered a replacement tube for my electric air pump. No problem w the delivery of the item. My complaint is with the item itself. I love my board and use it often. The part that goes into the valve broke and I ordered a new one. I babied thos second one because of how easy the fiemrst one broke. I've just recieved my third one. The plastic that gets inserted to the valve breaks easily. It should be made of some type of metal? Something that doesnt break so easily. I was aware and was sooo careful with the second one and it broke sooner than the first one. I'm also having an issue with my handle in the middle of the board. Its coming out/off. That just happened the other day and I haven't had a chance to address it yet. I really do love my board and would recommend your company and product. As I said I use mine often, so I expect the wear and tear. I put a strap on the metal rings to carry it from now on.
But the hose breaking for the air pump is annoying!

Don't be fooled
Overall, the quality of the board is a great. I purchased this product before in a different color scheme and I've really enjoyed it. What I don't enjoy and am really disappointed this time around is the fact that advertised on the website the color of this board is maroon and grey. What I received was a board that was pink and a purple maroon color. Last thing. For $800+ these boards should come with a case. Spending another $100-200 is ridiculous. Please do better Irocker

Brittany was so kind and helpful when I reached out about troubleshooting a couple of products! She was quick to respond to my emails & went above and beyond to fix my issues - even offering to reach out in the future if she finds an alternative to a missing piece I need! She even linked amazon pages for replacement fuses that would fit the air compressor pump that they sell. Super helpful, above and beyond customer service & just a general delight to have gotten to “e-meet!” Thank you, Brittany - paddle on!

The patches and patch kit sent to me do not match my board $800 board. I do not want some crazy obnoxious contrasted colors different than my own board on it in the event I ever have to use it. Id like the matching kit.

dangerous paddle boards
I have had an irocker cruiser for 3 and a half years. I have used it 5 times only. On the last occasion whilst in use (and used correctly and kept in the shade, pumped up to the correct psi and had been pumped up for just over 12 hours only) it exploded at the seam. Incredibly dangerous. A huge safety issue and I wouldn’t trust anyone to use an irocker now. I was luckily not on my own this time so my friend could help me. Lucky it wasn’t a child.
I’ve been told it’s out of warranty and it was my fault because it must have over heated. How can it overheat in the water whilst being used for 2 hours? Ive only ever used it in the north of England - I’ve seen paddle boards abroad in high temperatures which have managed absolutely fine and have been inflated for days!!!! Why did none of the other hundreds of paddle boards I saw on the lake over the weekend explode like mine? Surely there’s something wrong with mine? But they aren’t willing to accept any blame.
I’m incredibly disappointed in this company and I would avoid at all costs as they clearly do not take safety seriously or respect their customers. These boards are not cheap and I feel like I’ve been robbed.

great quality, I now have two of these. the first one is going on five years and is used a couple times a week during the summer months.
second time dealing with Irocker. Great company. Several family members have different Irocker models and we havent had a bad experience yet.
From Leak to Love – Amazing Customer Service!
My previous SUP had a side seam leak, which was disappointing at first — but I have to say, the warranty process completely changed that experience. The team was incredibly responsive, and the replacement arrived much faster than I expected. Just in time for my weekend camping trip! The new board is beautiful, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of both the product and the customer service. Thank you for turning a frustrating issue into such a positive experience!
Terrible experience overall
Terrible experience overall. Received board damaged and contacted company after the two week deadline, so they did nothing, which was awful considering the expense of the board. Since then we have had to replace two screws because the center fin was not long enough. The replacement screws also not long enough, so had to use the smaller washers to get the fin in. No center handle so we had to order those on Amazon. Entire experience has been awful.

Deck pad comes unglued
I have 2 IRocker boards. The deck pad came unglued on both of them multiple times. IRocker send me a tiny tube of glue to fix it which is laughable considering how much glue is needed and how often if keeps happening. The reviews are filled with similar complaints so I’m not the only one. You would think they’d fix this issue.

Great Customer Service
iRocker was great work with with. There was an ordering glitch with an accessory, but Kyra and the support team were on it and resolved the issue for me. I will definitely be going back to iRocker as I further accessorize my SUP, like with the kayak conversion kit.
