Seem to be out of fins a lot of the…
Seem to be out of fins a lot of the time. Also the small piece breaks that holds the fin in but the fins fine you have to buy a whole new fin for that one piece. Which then might not be in stock. I chose a black fin just because I need one asap. My previous order I ordered river fins since they said fins come with the piece but they didn’t not. Pretty confusing and disappointing. The boards killer though. Thanks for the rant that probably won’t change anything but who knows.
The replacement paddle I ordered didn't fit!
Be VERY careful ordering replacement paddles. Was willing to pay the expensive price, but then my kayak blade didn't fit the new paddle. I didn't feel like the website was super clear about that. Returning and will just purchase less expensive accessories elsewhere from now on because they are making me pay shipping costs to return it.

OK, but...
I like that iRocker offers a bungee cord replacement (the one from my 2021 board has rotted), but one of the reasons I wanted to get one from the company is that I had hoped there would be a shrink sleeve to go over the knot after I tied it, like the original cord has . Now, I still have to hunt down that and likely purchase way more than I need for this task. I also didn't need straps but I had to get them, too = waste.

Over a week and no progress
It's been over a week and ups still doesn't have the package. Even for a holiday week, that's not great.

My shipment was missing the carry strap…
My shipment was missing the carry strap and having to communicate with an AI bot to try and fix it is not so great. That said I love the board!

Late delivery
I’m sure the product may be fine once I receive it but my problem is that you claim 3-5 business days for delivery yet it’s day 9 and still haven’t received the items. I ordered them for a trip with time to spare but had to leave without them. This is common practice with vendors now though. I should have known better!

Quick and Excellent customer service and product
I really like the product. It got a hole sometime during my first use of my new bag and I reached out and they replaced it. I’d recommend them for sure! The bag is large with lots of straps so I can carry my paddleboard easily.
Product Quality & Customer Service Unsatisfactory

Originally purchased both pump and board in April 2024.
When the hose broke in June 2025, I reached out to iRocker to see if they would honor the year warranty despite being just over 2 months past expiration.
No dice.
Apparently $20 for a new hose is more important to iRocker than customer satisfaction.

Bought the model X and am amazed by the high quality and stability of the board. Easy to get used to it and excellent for fishing in fresh and Saltwater. Service is excellent as well, super fast and friendly!

This is my second iRocker SUP in 3 years. I still use the first one, but like to bring a friend along so I bought another. I am impressed with the improved deck pad. My dog loves to ride along using the board as her launching pad to swim. The deck on the Cruiser is perfect for her.
Question about replacement parts
I had a question about replacement parts and Brittany immediately responded. She also looked further into options to find the best solution for my needs. She was amazing and I'm even more happy with my board knowing the support that is available if anything comes up. Thank you, Brittany!
GREAT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've had 2 iROCKER boards and an electric pump for 4 years. They have been sturdy, durable and have worked flawlessly. Recently, my electric pump died, after YEARS of service, saving my arms for paddling. I called iROCKER to see if there was a was to troubleshoot it, and there really wasn't - so I asked for a discount code, never hurts to ask. AND THEY GAVE ME ONE!!! I did a lot of research before I purchased these boards and pump - I have been thrilled with the performance for all the gear and always recommend the products whenever I take friends or clients out on the water. The boards are super stable and that makes it easy to teach new paddlers. Thank you iROCKER for the great gear, the discount - I'm excited to try out the new portable battery that was bundled with the new electric pump. CHEERS!

I ordered a center fin for I rocker sup and received a side fin that I cannot use and when I tried to return it, was told I can't because it would cost $30.00 to ship it, which is ridiculous as it is small and weighs very little. So, now I am out ~$20.00 for a totally useless to me piece of plastic.
