Your app is very generic and unhelpful. If I need help I have to call in they are very helpful but it hard to call because I never have the machine with me when I call.

The decision to hire or promote Maverick was a mistake. It would be much better if Rosa handled the VAs. It's difficult because Maverick just pretends to know everything and undermines his fellow VAs. Dante would be a much better replacement, as he knows almost all the processes in each department, like intake, eligibility, document review, and authorization. Maverick doesn’t understand the processes or updates happening in each VA position

First was a mix up with my humidifier tank, wrong model was sent. I contacted customer service and they said they would send the right model, I explained that I had forgotten to add the lid in my initial order and was told they would send one but it never showed up, twice I called and explained and was told one would be sent, but never arrived, ended up just ordering one.

Ordered Friday. Told the CPAP would arrive Saturday, so I bought proper water and such...well, no delivery on Saturday, or Monday, or Tuesday. I had paid for what I was told was next day air- ha, funny. Not so much. This is a medical device that I really need and it's stuck on a FedEx container with no one able to get it until delivery. Delivery tomorrow after 8PM.

They are fast compared to going to a sleep Dr in the local area waiting for appointments with I sleep i was able to do home study get CPAP machine in less than 2 weeks only thing I have issue with is trying to get help or someone to call back with info on questions in a timely manner

Took my sleep study last Tuesday, today is Sunday and still haven’t been able to talk to anyone about my results. The do not answer calls and do not return calls after you leave messages. The lack of communication with this company is crazy!! As of right now I definitely cannot recommend this company.

I used to he cpap equipment for 4 or 5 weeks,I had to go through 3 different styles of masks before I found one I could tolerate. I am the one who made contact with the rep just to find out she passes the responsibility to someone else to make contact with me which she kept apologizing for the no contact . I was only getting maybe 2 to three hours of sleep a night so when I went to see my doctor he told me to stop using the cpap and he wanted to do a sleep study. The funny thing is I finally got a call from Norco not even 2 hours after I got home from the doctor office. That was the only time they reached out to me (not really funny) not very happy with the service and I am returning the equipment!!!

Everyone I talked with was super helpful! The CPAP was easy to set up and my first night's sleep was awesome!

I tested negative so I know you guys are honest. I figured it would be positive so you could sell something.

All of my questions were answered from day one! They made sure to return my call as soon as they were able to which wasn't very long after leaving a message ( next day). The test was delivered very quickly and it simple to setup and use. Overall I have zero complaints.

The experience was really great, the test is really good.

Home sleep test was shipped fast. Still waiting on my results been over 48 hours.
