Simple, smooth and fast would recommend

The equipment arrived as expected, was very easy to use, and the sleep study went well. This could have been 5 stars, but after 3 weeks I am still waiting for my report. This is necessary to consult with my doctor and is needed for my DOT physical which is due.

I could not get a direct answer on a phone call. They had to call me back.

Communication has been clear so far..

Update: after completing the study I found out that this company will not write a prescription for you; you may only buy their products. I feel this is very misleading to the consumer and should be more conspicuous on their website. I will stand by what I said before the actual study, but overall would not recommend.

no communication been 3 days since I did my test still have not heard anything so I called left a callback request tired of sitting on hold

I need to get a machine for severe sleep apnea. A week ago, my doctor faxed an order to Isleep, and I called to verify they had received it. Their representative told me then (7 days ago), it was being processed, and they would contact me when they received approval from my insurance. I heard nothing from Isleep after a week, so I called only to find Isleep had made no effort to contact my insurance, and I had been lied to (which was confirmed by my insurer). It set my care for my sleep apnea back by over a week. I decided to see if I could find a company that doesn’t lie to its customers.
