I don’t like that you don’t send the 4 digit PIN code. It doesn’t make sense that after I’ve did my questionnaire and paid my money that I would have to call back and get the code. Also it doesn’t say on the directions how to get the code. It simply states you must have it before starting. That caused a delay!

I brought my wife's bipap machine here when we went on vacation. We somehow lost the wire that connect the power block to the wall outlet. I was very happy that you had the cord that was needed and shipped it out the same day. Thank you.

Yes I wasn't sure about the product an then Made some research to know more of it an I was surprised that I sleep can help with sleeping an relax u be good an safe I was so happy that I brought my machine an I recommended to other drivers that needs cause at ti end it helps u a lot an u always be safe ThX I sleep

I am still waiting on my order that has not shipped. I sent an email requesting a status/ETA and have not heard back.

Edit: After calling in, I spoke to a representative. She had difficulty locating my orders. There was an issue with the online ordering on Cyber Monday and has now expedited my order. They were very pleasant and apologetic

Great product fast shipping, easy to use, I utilize for a school bus company, where we order it for them in order to get 19A clearance, would suggest a way to enter in the actual person's who is using it's information.

The product and quick results were the greatest part of the experience. Their is still opportunity to clarify process when initial night sleep on the one time device does not record enough sleep time. I did not expect to have to buy a second device simply because I did not sleep enough.

I would say it's okay .you guys help your customer more .

They give inconclusive results on tests and try to get you to spend more money to get a more definitive report. I recommend you never use this company.

You didn’t replace me with a up-to-date CPAP that could read my results. When my doctor gave me 6 months to straighten it out and after months of begging you for a new CPAP, your people lied to my company saying I wasn’t compliant (because I was supposed to get the chip out of the 3G CPAP AND DRIVE TO A LIBRARY IN A SEMI TRUCK TO GIVE YOU RESULTS RIGHT THEN) and put me out of service for 5 weeks. Which caused us financial hardship, stress and anxiety on my marriage and lost trust in you and our Company which we left. I don’t know how you people have the power to do this legally, but I’ve spoken to a few other people and they say you did them the same way! If Satan himself ran a business, yours would be one of them.

I have found the people at iSleep to be helpful and easy to deal with. This is my first experience with CPAP, and I have Medicare. I wasn't sure how responsive the provider would be, but I'm happy with iSleep so far.

Very easy ordering, arrived next day, comfortable set-up with easy instructions (not complicated…very simple) and results via phone next day with follow-up email to me. This was a great experience as a DOT provider to better explain the process to customers and can verify I did it under $200 and prompt results.
