The device was easy to use and comfortable on my body to sleep on it didn't interfere with my rest

No detailed instructions on how to apply mask. Nasal mask initially sent did not sit well and make a tight fit. Not a good process at all.

Companies selling CPAP equipment should be barred from performing sleep studies. I wear a device that tracks my wake events nightly and average 1.2 events per hour, which directly correlates to my previous sleep studies that indicate 1-3 event per hour compared to the 22+ wake events per hour that was claimed in "my results". There are also numerous accounts from people online who wear the same device I do that have had sleep studies which matched what the device reports almost identically.

I do not snore, this can be confirmed with anyone I have spent the night with, as well as the app on my phone that records snoring/sleep talking. But yet "my results" claimed I snored practically all night.

Crazy how I can have wake events and snoring detected during the first 2 hours of the test while I was wide awake and having trouble falling asleep because the equipment was uncomfortable.

The person on the phone was already starting her pitch on CPAP equipment right after she told me "my results" were positive.

I feel bad for the drivers who are sent here contractually from their company, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The CPAP I got isn't half the hassle I thought it would be. In fact, I don't mind using the mask at all. It's comfortable and doesn't interfere with e falling or remaining asleep. I now have fewer than one apneic event per hour.

This company took forever to get back to me! It’s ridiculous especially when I’m trying to test to start work with a job ASAP. I left 3 voicemails the first time I had to test and had to get my recruiter to contact them so that they could contact me! AND the same thing happened the next time I tested. Very disappointed but I’m very grateful to the girls that did call me back and help me with the process. Thank you ladies!

I order machine just for them to tell me that my machine ain’t in the system.. I need to update my Dot and they got me a LT a stand still all because of something on they behalf…!!!

No matter how frustrated I was she was calm with good attitude.

When I questioned my results the lady started to get irritated. I was told I had light moderate. So I was told I needed a cpap because D.O.T. requires it. And proceeded to tell me about the bundle they offer.. I scheduled another test because I know I don't have sleep apnea..

This is my 1st time using a cpap machine. There are so many masks that it has been a real challenge finding the one that best works for me. Juanita in the parts department has gone above and beyond to send me different ones to try since each one has not worked well. She has been professional and very knowledgeable and patient with me. I've been very pleased with my experience with ISleep and would recommend them to anyone!
