Process went great I received the ring on time even the testing and results went well. But then I missed the Dr's phone call to go over my result and talk about treatment. I've sent an email even called on multiple occasions and nothing. I need this to help get my CDL.

I have ordered masks from Amazon. The masks did not snap securely to elbow tubing. These masks have minimal air leaks, comfortable and don’t come apart during the night.

Easy to use fairly simple to use easy to understand

Machine doesn’t truthfully register how long it’s being used, I’ll wear it for 5 hours and shows 1.5 hours, or 20 minutes. Then then the employees love to get in contact with me and threaten to put me out of service.

I’ve had a traditional sleep study in the past and it was uncomfortable, sleeping in a strange bed, wires glued to my head & body. The iSleep ring was a breeze to use and fast results & recommendations.

I liked everything about the experience except the method of contact when i was ready to purchase.

The company needs to improve on answers phone calls , and giving the right information, checking on customers making sure they received the product and have the right login information

My experience with Isleep has been horrible. I’m very unsatisfied with the service. I ordered my Cpap replacement parts on 3/28/23 and it’s now 4/12/23 and I still don’t have my parts. They need to understand that patients really need their replacement parts in order to get a good nights rest. Have sleep apnea is a very serious sleep disorder and it’s important for patients who rely on this company for parts to have confidence that they’ll receive their orders on time. This is the second time this company has given me poor service. Not to mention when you call them you don’t get a chance to talk to a customer service representative. They have you leave a message and they don’t return your call. This company has horrible customer service and I really wish Schneider would consider not doing business with them in the future. I’ve talked to other drivers that have had the same experience as me and this is not right at all.
