My contractor was given the wrong ring, which cost him a day of downtime, and then there was confusion and delay in getting results back to carrier. Not impressed at all.

Staff is not knowledgeable enough about products and processes and unable to clearly explain to clients. Phone calls and questions are not managed in a timely fashion.

Thank you for your review. We did provide a label for you to return the product that you ordered online, but as per our terms and conditions we do also charge a restocking fee for returned items. If you have any questions please give us a call!

TERRIFIC SERVICE
Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their products and the CPAP process. They reached out to get me set up nicely and then kept reaching out to find out how it was working for me and coach me thru getting used to the process and using the product for the best results. I have reached reached out a couple of times with questions and always get the same fantastic experience.

Good experience
Easy to order, easy to assemble, and easy to use. It is just a little bit noisy compared to the air pillows I was using that seat into the nostrils. You just have to find the right balance between how tight the straps are, not having nose discomfort in the morning, and noise level.
