The ease of ordering the device to the instructional video showing how to use it. Was quick and easy to use.

My personal interactions with the staff were great. She walked me through the installation of the the equipment, but when I attempted to start the study the equipment malfunctioned.

I paid $65.00 for overnight shipping on 12/30/22. I received my item on 1/3/23. I asked for a refund for the overnight shipping and was told that weather conditions made it impossible for the overnight shipping to happen and that these circumstances are out of their control. That is OUTRAGEOUS! I paid for overnight shipping and DID NOT get it. I don’t care WHOSE control it’s in. I am the customer and was required to pay for something that I DID NOT get. Either way I returned the item and will never deal with this company again.

I was a bit confused which test I needed, but I think that was more what my doctor needed to tell me and not ISleep. Once I got that information. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The instructions were easy to follow. The finger probe is a bit uncomfortable at first, but you get use to the feel. I sleep in my watch, so did not notice any distractions in my sleep from the device. Once I woke up, grabbed my phone with the App I’d previously downloaded on my phone. The program finished uploading in less than a minute. I was good to go for the day. Results took…maybe 5 days. I was surprised…….I showed no sleep apnea and no recommendations for any products was noted. I did think that a company that does testing would tell you, you needed their equipment. Nope! I feel comfortable recommending this product.

Kaitlyn was amazing in describing the entire process to me. The directions on the app and in the box were a bit confusing, but I managed to get it right. The results were sent back super quick, which allowed me to get back to work quickly. Thank you all very much for you hard work and support!!!

At First I was having a hard time adjusting to this new way of sleeping, I was ready to give up ! The coaches called me daily and advised and walked me thru this challenge ! I took the advice gave it a chance and YES I’m comfortable and enjoying a full nights sleep and rested up for the day !

Had issues in the beginning but since my insurance has change I love ordering from here. No complaints. Definitely get 5 starts. I'm a truck driver

Thank you for the prompt delivery! I had torn a hole in my hose while cleaning it and had duct taped it (it really does work in a pinch), and in just a couple it was on my doorstep!

Precious is very helpful and explains how the process works step by step and she makes sure that you have complete understanding of the products and services and she also checks on you weekly to touch bases on your progress
