I have been an iSmartGate customer for years and recently encountered my first issue after installing the latest AppleOS (26), which was resolved very quickly by the support team. Device worked perfectly well
Device worked perfectly well, very easy to use and setup. Be careful with the tape that is supplied with the sensor though, you might want to consider a stronger vhb tape. Nice to get everything working through the cloud!

I had to change my wifi name and as a result, I had to reinstall my gogogate. I emailed support and Sam responded with the instructions. It took about five minutes and the system is back up and running.

I contacted Ismartgate for help resetting my gate controller and phone app. Ismartgate quickly sent me a link to the information I needed to get my problem fixed. That saved me $150. In a service call from a technician. Thank you!

Excellent purchase of a iSmartgate lite and indoor camera
I purchased a iSmartgate lite with a iSmartgate indoor camera. This is for my double garage door. I had a few issues getting the camera to work, but with excellent support from Sam I had it working. I am very happy with my purchase would highly recommend.
