I think this service is amazing I think it’s a brilliant idea it keeps us in touch with our love ones even if they have no credit to phone home I would definitely recommend this service to everyone that has a love one in prison because it can be lonely and scary for them if they haven’t got money to keep calling home at least this way they know they can just pick up the phone and call home with no worries of not having any credit.

Excellent customer services. Simple to use but if you get stuck help is quick and efficient.

I paid for this service a while ago but the prison still won't add it i thought there would be good customer service within the prison hence the name jail telly but iv paid for nothing and had no use

Very reasonable prices to suit your needs only had an issue once emailed the company and had an answer and issue resolved within the hour very professional and extremely helpful and it saves me a fortune very happy with the his service 👍

The only thing I would give in terms of constructive criticism is that you should explain in detail the way the monthly plans work for example the more you pay monthly the longer the prisoners minutes last

Loved the fact you get to choose your own price range suited to your affordability and went well using it except having an issue with the call connecting threw a few times and having issues before the time run out so didn’t really feel like we got to use our money worth but other than that was fine.

It's good to keep in touch with friends, who are in prison.

i never got to use the service because the jail rejected the telephone number, I gave a 5 star rating because the customer service was excellant,they answered all my questions. When i notified them that the telephone number had been rejected they gave me a full refund. The number i purchased was a 0800 number. Just to clarify it was not jailtele fault the number was rejected but the prison had changed there rules (Brinsford prison)
