James Property University Avaliações

"I recently completed a property course offered by James, and I must say, it was an incredibly informative experience. James has a way of breaking down complex real estate concepts into digestible, easy-to-understand lessons that cater to both beginners and those with some level of experience in the property market. The course covers a wide range of topics, from fundamental investment strategies to advanced property management techniques, ensuring that there's valuable learning material for everyone.

What stood out to me was not just the depth of information provided, but also the practical tips and real-world examples James used, which made it easier to see how these concepts could be applied in real-life scenarios. Additionally, the resources and tools made available to course participants are top-notch, further enhancing the learning experience.

Considering the comprehensive coverage of topics, the quality of teaching, and the plethora of resources provided, this course is great value for money. It's an investment that can potentially pay dividends for anyone serious about venturing into or advancing within the property market. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of real estate and refine their investment strategies."

Having had a keen interest in property since a young age I was looking for a way to learn about the ins and outs of property development, and I cannot praise the James property uni enough.

The course is well presented and well structured - along with frequent live lessons hosted with experts in their respective fields. Many concepts and opportunities that may otherwise be missed by the a "newbie" to property investment and eloquently walked through throughout.

James has created a platform that is great value for money and is exceptionally easy to understand.

Extremely useful content which has being invaluable in my journey to learning about property and investing. The content is easy to navigate and digest whilst the added calls provide additional and very welcomed support.

I have just started with the course, it is very informative and easy to digest.
James presents himself well and is easy to understand. I am looking forward to completing the course and on with my first house upscale.

James, Kush and the JPU team have created an informative, engaging, motivating and detailed syllabus within the university level course.

I've learnt so much even in just a couple of weeks, and feel buzzing to keep stepping forward and taking action!

Upon starting this course it's actually had additional benefits through healing my relationship with my partner, pulled me into a growth mindset and gave me a more positive outlook on my future projects.

Sending love and thanks to the moon and back!

Couldn’t have asked for much more not only is the university got a massive value for money but James is always willing to answer any questions that I have even though he is busy.

100% recommend !!!

I have had the chance to purchase one of James courses around a year ago or so now and the knowledge it has in it is world class!
This has helped set me up for life with property at the age of 23 and has taught me so much. I would highly recommend!!

I joined the JPU a few weeks ago having looked at many different options in terms of gaining more knowledge and education into the world of property along with mentor options. I currently manage 2 BTL's so have some experience in Property but just a snippet. I've managed to complete around a third of the learning prioritising this on an evening after my full time job and so far it's been worth every penny! There has already been a live Zoom session which was kept short, sweet and to the point on the content and really opened up on Q&A which is testament to the time James and Kush are giving this. Not only that, but you get access to many documents and analysers which are critical to your success. Finally, as I opted for the Master Course I've got access to a great community of support on Telegram and FB which is fantastic! Everyone bouncing off each other helping each other with their journeys. Again James and Kush are active on the group and give their advice and opinions!

I would 100% recommend this to anyone serious about getting into property!

Thanks James and Kush x

I've had the JPU course for nearly a year now and it has been an absolute game changer for me and my partner on our property story! The amount we've learnt is actually invaluable!! I can not recommend the course enough. The help, support and advice you get from both James and the group is insane, get on it!!

The JPU has been an all round fantastic introduction to the world of property investment.
Super information, clear guidance, inspiring but practical advise in terms of how you can also achieve this. Easy to use platform with a great combination of live sessions and online learning which is fully flexible to fit your schedule. Plus access to an experienced community to ask questions. Would highly recommend starting your property journey with James and Kush.

Title: James Property University
I recently enrolled in James Property University course, led by the knowledgeable James & Kush. Jame's approach to teaching the intricacies of buying, renovating, and renting properties is refreshing. James, a young and dynamic individual, shares practical insights that make the complex world of real estate investment more accessible. The hands-on experience he brings to the courses adds valuable depth to the learning process. I find Kush's Social Media Classes very interesting as well and can't wait to put those ideas into practice. Overall, a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to navigate the property market with confidence. I would recommend these courses any day, any time.

Recently joined the JPU and already feel really happy with what I’m learning. It’s great to get the honest insight from someone who has been through a variety of different property investment methods.

Love the fact how hands on James and Kush are with trying to help as many people as they can.

Great content in an easily digestible format!

Fantastically packed with honest information ! It’s refreshing to see someone like James open up with all his experiences being good or bad and also his mistakes that he leaned from his journey in property renovating and portfolio building. It’s not a course that you buy and you automatically become a property wizard but if you take on board the advice and learn the topics that are on the course you will have a great understanding on how to approach the property game or even if it’s what you actually want to do. Good luck to James and his team he took a risk and did his research and it’s paying off ! Nothing but respect for people that make it on their own 👍

I would highly recommend anybody thinking about starting their journey into property to invest in JPU. We started our business in 2023 as just a dream and JPU has made it a reality. We are currently in the midst of refurbing our first BTL using the BRR strategy and have followed James videos and tutorials every step of the way. I knew nothing about this industry previously and i will be forever grateful to James and his team for producing such fantastic easy to follow content. The software produced inside of the JPU - the budget trackers, deal analysers, stamp duty and capital gains spreadsheets would have cost thousands to produce and we can use these on every single project we take on time and time again with lifetime access to the portal. Thank you JPU we owe you everything!

JPU is my go to for all things property! Informative, bitesize and gets straight to the point of what I need to know. They also provide additional resources to keep you efficient and compliant. Would definitely recommend.

Haven’t finished the course in full yet however the course so far has been excellent!

Very well put together and James explains everything so it’s extremely clear

Highly recommend!

Honestly probably one of my best investments I have been studying for last 3 month and soon will start rent 2 rent defo worth joining worth the price

Great course. Identifies and clearly explains all the steps involved in multiple investment strategies. Delivers the information in a fun way and provides great templates! Particularly love the live lessons. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to start their property journey.

Where do I start:

9 months ago myself and my wife started a company called Albert Glyndwr Homes Ltd. We already had a business background but didn’t understand the property development / investment world.

After looking for a number of months for someone who could support and guide us with our new journey we came across James’ and the JPU. James’ socials were very eye catching and as we started to read and view more we could see it would be beneficial for our journey.

We can 100% confirm that without the JPU training and support we would not be in the position we are today. The fundamental aspects of starting in property plus much more were covered and it gave us everything we needed to start our journey.

7 properties in and a further 2 due to complete in the coming weeks all aided by the tremendous support, guidance and mentorship of James, Kush and the JPU. We are still learning new things daily, and James and Kush are always on hand to answer your questions.

We would like to thank James and Kush very much for all of the help and support and look forward to hosting yourselves back on your return to Wales.

Cheers
