They don’t deserve even 1 star

They don’t deserve even 1 star. They’re robbing poor people of Pakistan. I subscribed to their offer but not able to use internet. I complained them and they mark my issue resolved without calling or asking me. If you call them then they give you stupid reasons like govt activated jammers its not our fault. Jazz sucks worst of the worst CS.

Worst ever mobile company

Wish there were less stars than 1 to rate this pathetic company and their services.
They ll steal your mobile balance without your knowledge by forcefully activating services that you never opted for. A customer needs an OTP to activate those services, and they ll generate those OTPs and will use those in your account without your knowledge, which means your data and access to your banking and personal information is at HIGH RISK if you are using their pathetic mobile network.
On top of that, they have worst customer services, they ll blame you for activating those services, and will never "resolve" any complaints, the only thing they do is closing your complaint without even contacting you. Bravo!

I wish I could rate this PATHETIC service less than 1 😡. I've been trying for an hour now to contact each of the SO CALLED helpline numbers they've put on their website but NONE of them is reachable except one which is reachable but still USELESS

Jazz is stealing my money

Jazz is stealing my money. When I recharge it deducts RS 45 from the name of services that I never activated. When I try to deactivate those services it requires OTP. I question why these services were activated without OTP and my knowledge.

Worst service ever whenever i try to download a file or try to use data it always stops, or the data speed remains less than 100kb w.t.h, too much disappointed and the other disturbing fact is that it auto activated useless services and cuts my balance and when i unsubscribe the service this shet service again cuts my balance, fu*king looters, hate it, it should be stop, just stop your useless services

They said my account needs activation, but they deactivated my account after I took out a loan. Now, who will pay the loan? I am not 18+, but I took out the loan. When I went to the agent to deposit my money and came home, I found out that my account needs activation. i am crying

I have subscribed for International…

I have subscribed for International data roaming World Bundle 200MB twice while in NYC, USA. My credit was deducted and a confirmation message received for activation of required service. But no service was provided after 8 hours when it was no longer required. I complained to customer service which is so pathetic that after 3 days I've yet to receive a response. They generate a fake automated response closing the complaint. Be careful with this company.

Worst experience. You can't even surf the Internet. The data packages suck despite paying high data charges and taxes. This month, May 2024, it actually worsened further.

Bad Network service of Jazz

Nowadays, Jazz Network is becoming most corrupt and money making network as many of people has started using Jazz netowork and thus many people are purchasing internet bundles of high rates despite of that their services are being lowered and besides this internet speed which has become almost to E
There are low signals even for phone calls
Although i have complained many a times through jazz world to them regarding low services of jazz netowork in Kashmore district of Sindh province
They are ignoring our complains

It such a pathetic network

It such a pathetic network. They have 4000 plus on net and off net calls and no reasonable package for internet which is used 90 percent. Such a disappointing network. I paid 1500 for 15gb and 20 SMS and 100 calls. So so so so pathetic. 15gb don't even last 5 days! So pathetic so pathetic. They have 30 GB for the whole week which expire without being fully consumed and 15 GB for the whole month. Sooooo badddd man so badddd

Customers are nothing for them

They do not care about there customers , i have reported a case since 2 months now and i keep getting these automated email asking for another 3 working days, there is no real person showing up to resolve my case , no direct email or call , honestly seeing there rating here i believe they really don't care to change for better

Hidden charges - Overcharging up to 4500 PKR per month on minimal use

It's very disappointing how Jazz is looting Jazz Gold customers. I've been their customer for 20 years till now. I don't know when my line rent went up on J-300 package by 3 times, I don't know when when my "Monthly Supreme" charges went up by 3 times too.
When i requested, "Monthly Supreme" must remove from account as it's not used for couple months and I'm paying min 2500 PKR each month (jazz team never informed me to optimize my expand but keep charging me 4500 per month :(.
If Jazz can apply new bundle on pro-rated basis then they should be able to remove it from account if not used at all (my case) to save my expenditure but jazz team choose to hit me once more until month ends (as I requested deactivation from next month and changed my package to gold basic as old J-300 was having no features but keep charging high amount)
Very disappointing experience
In short, I'll highly not recommend Jazz gold as they keep charging you and keep lotting you without your notice.
