Great service
They were really accommodating and understanding when I was not available for the first two planned delivery dates.
Enough communication, without being bombarded with updates and a call when they were not too far off. The guys were friendly, helpful and super quick at getting the old stuff out and my new bed in.

Having replied NO to a text message for…
Having replied NO to a text message for my mirror to be delivered the following day as I knew I wouldn’t be in, I was surprised to get another text, the following day, saying the delivery driver was 20 /30 minutes away. I tried ringing the contact number in an email that had also been sent the previous day, but no answer.
Only good thing about the delivery was they managed to leave it with a neighbour rather than taking it away again.

When you replied to decline the delivery for the following day, that should have immediately stopped the process — and it absolutely should not have gone ahead. Unfortunately, due to a system glitch, your declined response was not acted upon correctly, and the delivery was dispatched regardless. We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this caused, particularly the unanswered phone call when you tried to get in touch.
We are glad to hear the driver was able to leave your mirror with a neighbour, but we fully understand that this does not make up for the stress and disruption of the situation.
Please be assured that we have identified the fault in our system and are actively working to fix it so that no other customer experiences the same issue. We take your feedback seriously and are sorry we let you down on this occasion.

I had to keep a hosp appt so the building manager let the delivery men in. They rang me 15mins before the arrived and i passed it on. She said they were polite and curteous, and prob the best delivery people she has had the pleasure to meet. And believe me she's seen a few. I will def pass this on to my friends and family.

Great customer service. Received an email to confirm delivery slot, they then telephoned the day before to confirm time slot and text 40 minutes before delivery to confirm when specifically to expect arrival. Mirror handled and delivered with care. Excellent service and I appreciated the real time updates.

They said they couldn't get the bed…
They said they couldn't get the bed upstairs so left it outside in the rain (couldn't be bothered more like) they didn't speak much English so couldn't get much sense out of them and now they want to charge me to return the bed after me paying £50 for it to be assembled, STAY WELL AWAY.
Me and my partner got the bed upstairs and assembled it in 1 hour( my partner is only 9 stone but stronger than your delivery men) it just took a bit of thinking and determination which your delivery men haven't got because they are lazy and the communication was terrible, I want a refund of the money i paid for assembly

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your delivery experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been.
However, we would like to clarify what took place on the day. Our delivery team attended your address and made every effort to complete the delivery as requested. Unfortunately, upon arrival it became clear that the staircase was too narrow to safely manoeuvre the bed base through. This is a situation our team encounters from time to time, and in the interest of protecting both your property and your item from damage, the decision was made not to force the item through an unsuitable space.
Our team did their best to communicate this to you at the time. We are sorry if there was any difficulty in that communication, and we regret any distress this caused.
Regarding the return charge — when a delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations at the property, a return-to-sender fee is standard industry practice, as our drivers must transport the item back to the warehouse.
We would encourage you to contact us directly so we can work with you to find the best resolution possible. We never want a customer to feel let down, and we appreciate the opportunity to put things right.

Excellent delivery service, 2 very polite and professional guys delivered my very large mirror safely. They emailed the day before with a 3 hr time slot, and rang 30 mins before to inform they were on the way. Would definitely recommend this delivery company.

They knew I stayed in 15th level panels to big for lifts I paid £92 for delivery left in foyer they v did offer to take em back I said no so I had to pay guys to carry em upstairs for me more money .

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear that your delivery experience left you out of pocket and inconvenienced.
We would like to provide some transparency around what happened. The booking we received was for a hallway delivery, and unfortunately we were not made aware in advance that the property was on the 15th floor or that the panels would be too large to fit in the lift. This is information that, had we known, would have allowed us to plan the delivery appropriately or advise on a more suitable service beforehand.
When our team arrived and identified the access issue, they did contact you to explain the situation and offered to return the items — which we understand you declined. Our drivers were acting within the scope of the service that had been booked and were not in a position to carry large panels up 15 flights of stairs without this being arranged and agreed in advance as a separate service.
We genuinely sympathise with the additional cost and effort this caused you, and we are sorry the experience was not a smooth one. We would encourage anyone with specific access requirements — such as high-rise properties or oversized items — to make us aware at the time of booking so we can ensure the right service is arranged.
