huge thank you to everyone at your company for the outstanding customer service we’ve received from start to finish.
When we first ordered our bed, the ordering process, delivery, and overall service were fantastic. After moving into our new property, we unfortunately discovered that, through no fault of anyone’s, the bed had been supplied without the necessary brackets. I contacted your team within 24 hours, and I was genuinely impressed that the replacement brackets arrived in the post so quickly. The issue was resolved without any hassle.
After a couple of months of using the mattress, we noticed that it had started to sink on the left-hand side. I contacted your customer service team again, and once more the experience was exceptional. We were offered two solutions—a partial refund or a replacement mattress. As we absolutely love the bed and have been so impressed with your company, we chose the replacement.
I did mention that I was concerned the same issue could happen again if we replaced it with the exact same mattress. Rather than simply sending another identical one, your team kindly offered us a different type of mattress, which we were absolutely delighted with. It really showed that you listened to our concerns and wanted to ensure we were completely happy.
The replacement delivery was just as impressive as the first. The two delivery gentlemen were incredibly professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the mattress wouldn’t fit in our lift, but without hesitation they carried it up four flights of stairs. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really didn’t go unnoticed.
I genuinely cannot thank your company enough for the way you have handled everything. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and focused on providing the best possible customer experience. It is rare to receive service of this standard these days, and I wanted to make sure you knew how much it has been appreciated.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to family, friends, and anyone looking for a quality bed backed by exceptional customer service.

Excellent service throughout. I contacted the head of deliveries before my delivery, who was extremely helpful and took the time to answer my questions. It gave me real peace of mind knowing when to expect the delivery, so I could keep an eye out for the team.
The two delivery drivers were also fantastic. They were friendly, professional and handled everything with care. Considering they were working during the current heatwave, they both worked incredibly hard and deserve a lot of credit for their efforts. Huge respect to them for maintaining such a positive attitude in those conditions.
Overall, a first-class delivery experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JBS 2 Man Delivery Ltd. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They carried the 2 heavy parcels to the room the table was to go in and were very mindful of not causing damage to the table or the walls and furniture in the house. The sofa was left in my garden as they said they couldnt get it in they didnt even try their attutude was shocking . They then proceeded to take my sofa witch i have paid for back in to the van i had to shout and chase them to give me the sofas as i said i paid for them . Never will order from this company again it left me upset and shaken they kept taken photos of my property when i told them to stop they kept taking photos . One hour later my daughter and her friend came and got the sofas in without any problem . Im sitting on the sofa as i write this .... shame on this company for allowing my sofas to be left in the garden and the rain

Wow delivery on the highest level
Never had such great service from a delivery company like this. They are on a higher level. Kept us informed at every step of the delivery. Cannot fault them at all, they telephoned and text to let me know the exact time they would arrive. Both of the gentleman were extremely courteous and even put the delivery into my living room.. cannot recommend them highly enough.

Delivery was as scheduled, with a phone call about 30mins before arrival. The delivery chaps were very good, brought the goods indoors to where I needed them. Packaging was damaged, but this looked as though this was well before JBS received them. Goods were undamaged.
