Not equipped for lifting or moving heavy items
Day arranged satisfactorily, 24 hour notice, great, pre drop off phone call, just right! All done within the agreed time slot. Delivery team, woefully equipped. 2 men struggled to manually lift 104kg cooker from rear of vehicle. No trolley/wheels/dolly to move item from roadway to property. Struggled to lift! Zero confidence they could complete the move into my property without issue so agreed I would complete it myself

Given this was a delivery to the Scottish Highlands and they had had a VERY long day, we could not have hoped for more helpful people. Communication of a phone call the day before and then again when they were about twenty minutes out. Spotlessly clean van too!

Great service, good communication. I was sent a time slot and the guys called ahead 10 mins before arriving. Friendly and helpful lads. The table looks great. Really happy with overall service with Lush Interiors and delivery service Would recommend and will use again

Very pleased with my delivery by this company. I was kept very well informed - from dispatch to my item arriving. I was given a three hour delivery slot the day before and was called thirty to forty minutes before my table was delivered. Very happy to recommend.

Arrived sooner than expected had the email to say would arrive between 8-10 days then another email gave me a date and 3 hr slot and had a call half hr before to say they were on there way very please with there service thankyou.

Late delivery
Ordering the item was very easy on your website. Spoke with customer services and they were very professional. They told me my delivery would be between 10am and 1pm. Waited in all morning but the delivery didn't turn up until 2.35. Disappointing as I had an appointment at 3pm and it became a rush to get there.

The 2 man delivery team refused to take…
The 2 man delivery team refused to take the very heavy delivery up a flight of stairs when asked politely I am a 70 year old pensioner and unable to do this on my own.Would have took them 2 minutes to oblige very poor attitude.

We do work closely with our retailers however, due to policies from retailers and our own company. We are not able to take deliveries up to 'Room of Choice' unless advised by the retailers.
