no restriction on the amount of people going in , far to busy, people not cleaning equipment after use, waiting ages for equipment

The turnstiles in our gyms allow us to monitor the capacity at all times and we are following UK Active advice.
Our gyms simply are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities and keen to hear member's feedback.
If you ever notice other members are sitting on equipment, I would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.

best gym i’ve ever trained in
best gym i’ve ever trained at, but upon entry into gym as a wheelchair user i think there must be an easier way to gain entry into the gym i.e a QR Code scanner at the wheelchair entrance/gate instead of the green button as i have to wait until one of the PT’s to press the button in there office.

Earlier X4cerise gym was so spacious…
Earlier X4cerise gym was so spacious with less fee, it had ladies room which was very helpful for women. Facing of the thread mill were so good before and it was bright inside the gym. But now it’s really looking very bad and congested. Now thread mills are not good direction and they charge upto 20 pounds, it’s really worst. Really disappointed with the new structure. Only reason I’m going to this gym is because it’s near to my home. But definitely I won’t continue

Just joined and think facilities are fantastic. Lots of equipment and very clean and modern. Hopefully there will be more classes added to the evening timetable like Body Attack, Pump and Combat.

Amazing!
Wow! What an amazing gym with loads of gym equipment which is spotlessly clean.
On my first day there I got chatting to a lady (everyone is very friendly) and she was so helpful. I will be meeting her and the 6am crew to keep me focused. In all my years this is the first friendly gym I’ve been to.
