So far great
So far great. Came in to start my year worth of training and rehab on my bad ankle. Llewellyn and Gwen were there to greet me, they both had a lovely demeanour and Llewellyn has such a great personality, warm spirit. The gym looks clean, top notch and ready to be used. There were some technical issues and they're allowing me to work out today and sort my fixed term pass tonight when I'm home. Great 😃👍🏻

Amazing gym AND STOMA FRIENDLY
Amazing gym.
Really friendly staff and seems like a nice bunch of people who go there too and are always happy to help
The manager actually helped me the other day too I think he’s called guy he was super helpful and it was my first day at the gym and really looked after me.
I have a stoma bag and this was a massive moment for me to get back into the gym and I did feel abit overwhelmed with it all, but he put my mind at ease it was great to feel understood too. Thankyou guy you helped me more than you know.
Very clean gym it can be busy at times but I would expect that too. I even saw guy cleaning at one point which did amuse me a little bit but he takes pride in his gym and it’s nice to see.
Also great disabled facilities too ❤️

Busy with terrible etiquette!!
Gym very busy with absolutely terrible gym etiquette. Members sit on machines for 3 + sets, use their mobiles and do not get off and budy budy share! However, they have never been taught this and personal trainers do the same!

A lot of the machines at the hull gym…
A lot of the machines at the hull gym are old and past there best.
Also the cancellation policy is a joke. You have to pay another month to cancel a membership to gym with second hand machines.

Our teams do carry out regular maintenance checks and work with our suppliers to repair and replace equipment as quickly and safely as possible.
Regarding cancellation, our memberships are non‑contract but operate on a monthly billing cycle. We thank you for sharing your feedback.

Very crowded at all times, and dirty
The gym is very crowded at all times. Whenever I want to use any equipment, I have to wait for someone else to finish.
Also, the equipments are very dirty and often covered in sweat. To be honest, I don’t feel comfortable using it without placing a towel down, as I’m concerned about hygiene and possible skin issues.
In addition, the toilets are consistently very dirty and are often out of toilet paper.

Great Gym
Just started back at the gym after a few years off. This gym is packed full of great machines, the hammer strength machines are elite.. Great atmosphere in the facility and the staff are super helpful if you need any help/advice

Our gym teams do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should become broken. Becoming a deeply unpleasant experience between 1700-2000. Littered with chavvy scroates hogging machines and messing about in the changing rooms which in themselves are a mess. Poor hygiene and behaviour from too many members. Razors being left in the showers which I nearly stood on tonight. Poor behaviour needs to be challenged

This gym is not for me
This gym is not for me. Not so much the gym itself it’s everyone in it. Cringeeee I’m afraid you’ve got fully grown men hovering round young lasses it’s pathetic and gross. Also just the gym vibes no good all machines used up and dint get offered gym induction so had no clue.
One good thing a young black haired girl helped me who worked there even when it’s wasn’t her shift which I thought was lovely of her to go out her way!

The gym is a mess, weights are left out all over the floor and dumbells are all mixed up.

Freezing!
The gym is way overcrowded on a tea time with people and then they hog the machines.
In the early hours it’s been -5° and the gym is Baltic still having the cold air conditioning belting out. Do you want us to get hyperthermia! It’s made me ill😠
