Still No Order

Never received my order! I placed an prder for around $50, and my payment was processed immediately. However, 2 weeks later when i inquired about the status of my order, i repeated was told there was no order to be found. I provided the order confirmation, the payment process from my card, and tje order status email saying my order was being processed. However they stated they did not have a record of my order. I have yet to receive a refund because apparently my order never existed eveb though ibwas charged and had all the proof sent by the company. The company promotes they are located in Colorado however they are actually located in Mainland China.

First of call I really like the…

First of call I really like the personal devotional. I was worried that I wouldn’t get it on time. I felt it took a little longer than I thought, but it actually came right on time. So I was very happy with the product and I will order again.

Cheap Envelope Wallet product on one of my orders was…

The product on one of my orders was extremely poor in quality. It doesn’t look anything like the product represented in the ad. When reported to Jesuspirit Customer Service the response was that sometimes there may be slight differences. The difference was not slight. The wallet is not made of leather and the interior is not reinforced with stitching. Cheap. Cheap.

I had purchased a gift for my friend…

I had purchased a gift for my friend thinking it wouldn't take more than a week for shipping & personalizing. I was disappointed when after about 3 weeks, my friend hadn't received his gift. He texted me when he received his gift, told me he was pleased with it. So I guess everything turned out OK.

The quality of the wallet disappointing

The quality of the wallet I sent for as a birthday present to my daughter was a great disappointment. The lettering was very difficult to read and the quality of the "leather look" was very poor. Too late to get her anything else now or I would return it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

If possible I would rate this company 0 stars. We had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with them! We saw a mug that looked so nice on line for our pastor. We wanted to order it for Pastor Appreciation Day. It was pretty pricey, but we love our pastor and want to honor him. When it arrived, it was obvious quality control had not checked it. A letter in his name looked as if it had been rubbed off. I couldn’t use it so I notified the company. I received an email from them stating they would be happy to remake it. This was acceptable to me. So I agreed. I then received another email after that stating that they would reimburse me 15% for the inconvenience. It sounded like this would be in addition to the remaking of the mug. While not necessary, I figured it was an extra token to attempt to make up for my inconvenience. I later learned that they WILL NOT be remaking the mug. Instead, all I would receive was a FIFTEEN (15%) REFUND!!! I was shocked and appealed this twice. They will not budge and change their stance. I have never had such a terrible experience with ANY company, much less a company that is a “Christian” company. I told them I would post a warning to future customers and report them to the Better Business Bureau if they don’t replace my mug. I have all the correspondence that will prove my point. They have not responded. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

TERRIBLE customer service BUYER BEWARE!

TERRIBLE customer service. I did not receive one of 2 packages I ordered. When I contacted customer service, they sent the update that it was delivered and told me to check USPS and "around the property." I literally went to USPS in person, and they told me it wasn't even sent through them. Jesuspirit then told me to contact Amazon and gave me their contact. I called Amazon and was told they could not give delivery information if the dealer used them as a second party delivery. I relayed this back and was told I needed to show proof of this discussion. Also, when sending me the update regarding the order I did not receive, they sent me a picture of the order I DID receive, as if saying it was there. This was a waste of over $50 and a much higher cost of time and travel for me. DON'T TRUST THEM. DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED!

Edit: This reply is a great example of what's been happening. They have literally been reviewing it every day for the past 8 days. They refuse to simply make it right by a refund or replacement. So I will continue to warn social media. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THEM!

The products were great

The products were great. Very carefully wrapped to ensure arrival without damage. Only complaint is that the graduation date was a year behind. It is now 2026. 2025 was on the review, i was hoping that it had just not been updated. I needed to get a sharpie and change the 5 to 6 on the mug.

What I ordered was delivered expediently. Nothing was missing from the order and nothing was damaged.
A previous order that was damaged was replaced at no cost to myself.
