If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered two man of God, personalized pocket hug coins for my grandsons. For a total of $55.93. They looked so great on their video. The letters were raised, the picture on the front with our Lord and a lion was raised. I thought what a nice thing as a remembrance. Well I waited nearly 4 weeks to get them. They are awful. Nothing like their video shows. Cheap metal, cheap decals in place of what they advertise as beautiful raised lettering in their video. The lettering is so terrible. It’s so small that you can’t read it. Seriously, you need a magnifying glass to read it. So I read their return policy and their warranty. 30 days to return states this: it guarantees the customer coverage from manufacturer defects, covering discrepancies in product and print quality. I’ve been in contact with them numerous times. I was offered 10% back, then in a later email 20% off and after they saw my review they’ve now offered me 40% off if I take down the review. I simply asked for a return label and a refund. I’ve sent photos of the product they sent me as opposed to what they advertise. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this garbage. Every good review you read is written by them. It’s a scam. They do not stand behind their product. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent experience!

Super easy to order which was fabulous! It shipped in good time as well and the product looks and feel amazingg!! I honestly wasn’t expecting such an excellent experience and product, and it way exceeded my expectations!

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent. I accidentally made a duplicate purchase and when I emailed them they responded by the next day and they deleted the duplicate order. The wallet was beautiful, came just in time for Mother’s Day and made my daughter cry tears of joy!

Do not recommend

Delayed product even with paying for expedited production. Item didn’t arrive in time for the occasion. Customer service communicated well, however you’d think if I’m letting my displeasure be known, out of good faith they would have at least refunded expedited production/shipping fee. That was not offered. I will not be using this company again and do not recommend them either.

There is NO customer service at all

There is NO customer service at all. They have no phone number to call. The item I got was cheap and certainly not worth $50! I wanted to send it back but you cannot contact anyone. BIG RIPOFF! BEWARE!

SCAM- NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I am beginning to believe this is a SCAM website. Ordered a gift for my first grandbaby in late March. I STILL have not received it and customer service is not responding. The tracking information is completely different from the original where it was marked undeliverable and now saying it was delivered April 29 & IT WAS NOT!!! Very concerning. WARNING: Despite this business address, this is coming from CHINA. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Would give it zero stars if I could. Very disappointing to get SCAMMED.

Yeah, NO!

Yeah, Jesuspirit, your days are numbered. Place 3 orders on 4/26. One was delivered yesterday. I paid an extra $2.99 to expedite the processing for that item. I didn't do this for the other 2 items and all I keep getting is emails stating they're sorry for the delay. I ordered because your site says you're USA based but first item came from China. I will never support this business again. It will probably be a few more weeks before the items arrives. AND you advertised it would arrive by Mother's Day! Lies, from the book of lies.

I ordered two gift for Mother’s Day in April. Paid 93 dollars and only received one. Have been unable to reach anyone about this issue. It’s a same to use Jesus name in this company. The item is not as advertised

The item is not as advertised. In the picture and short video the coin has a 2D image on each side. The item that arrived is a cheap round silver piece with a poorly printed sticker on each side. The print is much smaller and very hard to read, to top it off the stickers aren’t even centered on the silver piece. Definitely not worth the $30 paid (after shipping). I was embarrassed at the quality and had been looking forward to giving this gift to my husband.

Slow shipment

Slow shipment, wasn’t aware that part of my order would ship from overseas. Tracking was HORRIBLE.. Will not order from this company again. Ordered way in advance to receive my Mother’s Day gift for my mama and still did not get it in time.

The product has never arrived

The product has never arrived. I was originally told that DHL would deliver. I live in a rural area and used my physical address as it was going to be DHL. Then they sent it USPS which requires a post office box in this rural area. However, because they sent it to the post office without the PO Box it was returned to California. Now they’re trying to charge me eight dollars to ship it from California to Arizona when I already paid for shipping once. The item itself isn’t worth eight dollars, but they want me to pay an additional eight dollars in shipping. This company is not worth doing business with. This is a Chinese organization. That’s probably part of the CCP.
