The coin was much much smaller than…

The coin was much much smaller than appears in the ad. We had to use a magnifying glass to read what was written on one side, and to clearly see the picture on the other. Very disappointed.

Personalized Keychain

Being able to personalize our gift for our grandson, have it gift boxed and mailed to him as a surprise is a blessing! Especially since we live far apart. He loved his Keychain and it is on his backpack until he gets his vehicle in a couple of weeks. He says "IT'S SPECIAL ", Thanksgiving you because he is special to us💖

Never again

The company shipped my item, I tracked it. It got within 40 miles of my location, then got shipped back across the country, then overseas. I still have not got my item. God only knows if I ever will. And the company does not care. 2 separate tickets filed and both times they said it wasn't their problem. Horrible company and horrible customer service.

#1050290160 was received partially. I was told the second item would ship separately. I haven't seen it yet.

The one bunny I received is beautiful with great detail. I didn't realize it would take 3 weeks to receive.

Lovely tote bag

Extremely happy with bag and that it was printed on both sides. Great grandkids pictures were very clear and today when I carried it to church, everyone fussed about how nice it is!!!

The item was not what I expected. It was smaller than I anticipated and the inscription on it was so small I had to use a magnifying glass to read it.

The product (coffee mug)was perfect

The product (coffee mug)was perfect ! The only thing that I did not like was that I had to pay extra to provide a styrofoam padding for mug so it prevented it from breaking. I believe that should be automatically included.

I ordered 2 items on 3/23/26; I received 1 of the items on 4/6/26 but I am still waiting for my other item and the customer service said it was elivered but it wasn't and after further investigation this is what they sent me: Thank you for reaching out regarding your order #1050282270
