Terrible customer support and resolution

Very disappointed. I ordered a kids Tumblr cup for my granddaughter for her birthday. It stated that it would ship and it was delivered and I never received it. The delivery ticket says that it was delivered to Houston Texas. I live in Rockford, Illinois.
They have now stopped responding to my email and I don’t know what to do. They just won’t respond. I purchased the extra protection for the shipping.
What a scam. Extremely disappointed. ☹️
Will not purchase from here and I hope people will not answer their reading all of these reviews. I wish I had read them first.

WE GOT SCAMMED BY JESUSPIRIT!

We paid for the order and they claimed it was delivered, but it was never delivered, and then they were so rude and told us we needed to deal with the delivery company "Yun Express." The photo they showed for delivery was taken from Google maps street view of our neighbors driveway with no package in the photo. TOTAL SCAM!

The order took weeks to process missed Easter. Then my daughter sent me a photo and the e in the word heart is missing. The product is cheap and not a $42 bunny.

Smooth easy process and a beautiful product

Smooth easy process and the customer service is next to none! I accidentally ordered 2 and the team very quickly got it sorted and organised a refund for the one I didn’t want. The disc is beautiful! Ordered coin with case

Ordered coin with case, went to track purchase and it came up with, cannot locate! Texted and sent pictures and order confirmation number. Got back with me and showed concern because they cannot locate my order! Now they no longer respond. Will contact bank and report as fraud! Google Maps doesn’t even show a real business!
