The cup was way smaller than expected

The cup was way smaller than expected. You would think with the price charged, it would be way bigger. It took over 2 weeks to get it to my friend. If I had not called her local USPS, it would still be sitting there as a possible fraud. The chances of order from this company is very very slim. With what is charged for anything is way too much for me.

The shopping experience was easy

The shopping experience was easy. The product looks great but is a lot small than I expected. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but it was a specialized order so it make sense.

It’s okay

Very slow shipping, which makes sense knowing the Bible cover comes from China, but I wasn’t expecting that. The Bible cover itself is okay; the design is simply printed on smooth leather. Zipper closure is well sewn. Size is as stated, but had to get XL to fit my ESV study Bible and there’s absolutely no additional depth to accommodate a notebook, pen, etc. in the provided pockets. I can only just zip it closed. One inch narrower, one inch shorter, and one inch deeper would be ideal.

Sister in Christ mug

I ordered the Sister in Christ mug for my Mentor. Seeing it in person was so much more than the pics on the website!! I also loved being able to add her name and her birth month flower,making it so much more personal!
She absolutely loves it!!!!
I appreciated how they.made sure the address was correct for proper delivery, which was less than two weeks!!
I will definitely be ordering from them again!

My purchase was lost in transit

My purchase was lost in transit. I had to send several requests inquiring why it was taking so long. One comment on a return text was "to be patient". I had to follow-up and request they find out why it was taking so long. That's when they discovered the item had been "lost in transit". Finally received item, doesn't appear as nice as the picture. Very disappointed in customer service and the item itself. I will not be buying anything from your company again.

It took longer time then you said it…

It took longer time then you said it would. It was all wrinkled. The product is less desirable than you advertised.
