I joined, and never got paid for what I earned. I tried to contact several time, but no help. This is not a way to thank people who are helping out to sell their products. Its actually a pyramide. I dont know anyone who received any payment. Well, they sure trick a lot of people around the world. Jeneusse found a way to exploit.... Stay away

I spent around $300 and I did not receive anything, I tried to call customer service but the number not in service , I do not know what happened? How can I get my money back???

Update: Nach meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung wurde mir das Luminesce® Cellular Rejuvenation Serum etwa eine Woche später endlich zugestellt. Allerdings habe ich 2-3 Wochen nach der ersten Lieferung das gleiche Produkt erneut erhalten, obwohl ich keine weitere Bestellung aufgegeben habe. (24.08.2024)

Ich habe immer noch keine Möglichkeit gefunden, den Kundendienst von Jeunesse zu erreichen, um das Problem zu klären. Es gibt keinerlei Anleitung oder Information darüber, wie ich das zusätzlich gelieferte Produkt zurücksenden kann.

Ich habe bei Jeunesse das Luminesce® Cellular Rejuvenation Serum bestellt, aber stattdessen zwei Stück Bodesculpt™ Lifting Cream erhalten. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundendienst habe ich bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Es ist äußerst frustrierend, da ich weder den Status meiner ursprünglichen Bestellung noch eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer erhalten habe. Dieser mangelnde Kundenservice ist inakzeptabel. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Klärung, sonst werde ich meine zukünftigen Einkäufe definitiv woanders tätigen.

Ich habe 2021 dort mehrere Pakete bestellt, um sowohl das Business als auch die Produkte zu testen.
Alle drei Pakete kamen unvollständig an. Auf Nachfrage, könnte die Nachlieferung der fehlenden Inhalte etwas dauern. Daraufhin habe ich alle drei Pakete zurück gesendet. Habe aber nur das Geld für ein einziges Paket zurück erhalten. Das Geld der anderen zwei zurück gegebenen Pakete fehlt bis heute noch !
Auch nach mehrmaligem email Verkehr und Anrufen, habe ich das Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekommen. Auch meine Anrufe wurden irgendwann nicht mal mehr entgegen genommen. Extrem schlechter Service und absolute Ausbeute! Nie wieder !

Purtroppo,come temuto, la nuova proprietà ha tolto prodotti eccezionali come il fondotinta NV spray,(mai trovato un prodotto simile, levigante, luminoso, uniformante con effetto neturale). Si spera che tengano i prodotti top della linea Luminesce, il siero non ha paragoni fin dalle prime applicazioni.

NEGATIVO:
E un percorso interessante, ma è brutto da dire viene fatto per interesse proprio ,specialmente quando ti reclutatano per numero ma non per trasmettere una buona formazione per poter cambiare la propria vita in modo positivo .
Dicono tante bugie :
1 grazie all online si diventa ricchi plurimillionari,può essere ma una bassa percentuale
2Non è un lavoro faticoso ,si dimentica che la mente è come il fisico si stanca
3 Puoi dedicare poco tempo ,ma in realtà per avere risultati bisogna stare molto dietro alle persone .
4Mentono sul fatto che inizialmente è un primo lavoro e che da tanto reddito ,ma in realtà magari si agganciano un secondo lavoro per poter fare investimenti .
5 Fanno solo fare investimenti con cifre che si pongono loro per i proprii obiettivi quando in realtà sul sito ci sono chiarmante vari investimenti da poter fare ,solo per raggiungere un proprio rank
6 Il prodotto non ha una certificazione che attesta la qualità e la valenza
7 In Italia non assicura una stabilità
8 Il prodotto ha prezzi fuori mercato ,cioè prezzi eccessivi e anche spedizione alta
9 Non si capisce se è un azienda legale in Italia

È un esperienza che fa crescere come persona ,ottima per i giovani che hanno voglia di mettersi in gioco

Ich habe ein Paket gekauft und wollte mit einsteigen.
Ich hab die Produkte am ersten Abend benutzt und war endlich Happy was gefunden zu haben für meine schlechte Haut. Am Morgen darauf war mein ganzer Kopf geschwollen und meine Augen gingen nicht mehr auf. Zusätzlich hätte ich überall Pusteln im Gesicht.

Ich rief mein Ansprechpartner an und dieser sagte, dass es keine Allergische Reaktion war. Es bedeutet nur das es nun wirkt und ich einfach die Produkte aufbrauchen soll, dann würde ich das Ergebnis schon sehen.
Ich schickte ihn ein Bild da die Reaktion auf die Produkte enorm waren.
Ich vertraute ihn und benutzte die Produkte weiter.
Dementsprechend schmerzen hatte ich in der nächsten Woche. Ich sagte ihn, dass ich mein Geld zurück verlange.
Doch er antwortete nie. Die Firma selbst hat hierzu auch keine Stellung genommen.

Ich hab über 600€ für ein Produkt ausgegeben was mir nur Schmerzen bereitet hat und dann werde ich von den Verantwortlichen auch noch ignoriert.

Sowas von unseriös. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I completed the purchase since August 2022 and until today I have not received the rest of the products and they do not send me my money

My experiense is pretty confusing, I am a member of their big family, they advertise products and give you lower prises on their websites for members but as soon as you pay and expect 5 items, they send you only two, I buy their product on amazon much cheaper then directly from them. Very bid disapointment

Die Produkte sind viel zu teuer und billig und vor allem nicht nachhaltig verpackt.

Nicht jedes Produkt ist gut und hilft. Vorher/ nachher Bilder und Bewertungen sind von den eigenen Leuten, daher einfach unglaubwürdig.

Teure Pakete, die angeblich besser sind für einen guten Start werden den Leuten regelrecht aufgezwungen.

Monatliche Kosten für Produkte.

Viele Events, mit teuren Tickets und natürlich mit Hotel - und Anfahrtskosten, die stets den Rahmen sprengen.
Geht man nicht hin, wirft es einen angeblich in der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung um Jahre zurück, dabei wird auf jedem Event immer dasselbe erzählt.

Wenn man nicht bereit ist zu lügen und wirklich JEDEN anzusprechen oder anzuschreiben, dann erreicht man gar nichts und viele Leute sind einfach nur noch genervt vom Network Marketing, sodass es sehr sehr schwierig ist Leute einzuschreiben.

Es gleicht einer sektenartigen Gehirnwäsche.
Wenn man das Unternehmen verlässt oder erst gar nicht einsteigt, hat man angeblich das Business nicht verstanden oder glaubt nicht an sich selbst.

Am Ende reden ALLE gleich. Am Ende bist du einfach nicht mehr du selbst. Am schlimmsten sind die, mit den hohen Rängen. Jeder "Call " ist genauestens vorbereitet.
Wenn du eine alleinerziehende Mutter bist, holen sie eine ausm Team, die auch alleinerziehende Mutter ist und damit angeblich erfolgreich ist, damit eine " Gleichgesinnte " dich ins Team holt.
Wenn du ein Unternehmer bist, holen sie dir ein Unternehmer mit in den Call.

Alle erzählen dir ihre Story, voller Emotionen und ihrem " warum ".
Alles ewig lange einstudiert und perfektioniert.
Sie versuchen einen durch Emotionen zu überzeugen.
Sie tun so, als würde es sie interessieren , dass es dir gut geht.

Lasst euch nicht erzählen, dass ihr hungry, willing und coachable sein müsst um Teil dieser Sekte zu werden. Das ist alles Blödsinn! Haltet euch unbedingt fern von diesen Leuten.

This company is a joke. I pay an annual fee to buy Instantly Ageless off their Global website. They are no longer distributing the product. Absolutely no transparency. Jeunesse flatly refuse to refund the renewal fee.
I will now he contacting the Ombudsman to retrieve my renewal fee.
*****BEWARE!!!!!! Jeunesse is still advertising Instantly Ageless.

Kein Risiko, tolle Produkte.

Terrible customer service!!! They are the worst!! Each time I have had to deal with them for any issue, they have been a nightmare. Horrible that they make their distributors jump through hoops to resolve issues which were their fault in the first place & could easily be rectified much more quickly & efficiently.

Dont trust them some products is not healthy at all and they selling. I lost it 500£ with them.

è uno schema ponzi come tanti, propone di entrare in un "fantastico" team, spendendo ovviamente una cifra iniziale per comprare prodotti di dubbia provenienza, per poi farli "rivendere" ad altre persone e allo stesso tempo far entrare altri conoscenti nello schema, guadagnando la classica percentuale ad ogni loro possibile "vendita". ragazzi non fidatevi, ultimamente nascono sempre queste realtà, decantate come incredibili e bellissime, per poi degradare; nonostante, sappiatelo è un tipo di attività ILLEGALE in italia (legge 173 del 2005)

I bought some products that were on sale buy 2 and they give you 2 I paid $207 in total and they did not send me the special, I called to complain and the person who attended me told me that I made the wrong purchase and bought the products without the special, bulshit!!!! I told her ok I will return the order, she told me that they would return only 90% of the money.What hurt me the most is that these products were for my mother, who was happy with these products, the lady wasting most of her pension money so that they couldn't help her with her order, just f...ck off, lady, I just want your money. F....ck it's a scam!!!

I bought some products from them, 5 boxes od Naära in total, for me and my family.

It was the first time I have ever bought from them.
I am very fussy with what I put in my body and I am a vegetarian.
This company claims to be selling healthy products.
In the list of ingredients was NEVER mentioned that it contained animals.

It does contain cow's collagen.. :0!!!
I immediately checked the list of ingredients online and the one on the package and they don't match!!

I contacted them immediately to let them know about it and the lady on the phone was pretty apologetic.
I ask for a refund, after a few days they contacted me telling me that I can get the refund but the shipping in on me.. 30€!!!!
I would never use them again!!!
