I had a great experience. Zach was knowledgeable about the three pieces I brought in and advised against resizing one bracelet that I had asked him about as it would affect the value. He did a top class job on clean and polish of my bracelet, a ring and a watch. In contact with me all the time and I really can’t fault the work he did. Very pleased.

Worst experience ever. My watch was kept for 6 months!! Thought will never see again. Nobody answered my calls and messages. Finally watch returned but not meeting ecpectations at all. Inner bezel with scratches it did not have, black of the numbers polished away, old spring bars, no care on details at all. I was charged 450 pounds, feel I was fooled. Very dissapointed.

I contacted Zach and asked for 3 of my pieces which were my mums engagement ring, vintage Gucci watch and Louis Vuitton bracelet to be replated rose gold to match my Cartier necklace, he told me yes no problem we can match the colour. After giving to him and looking at the replating colour they were not matching or even the same colour as the other pieces he finally then explained that they would not match or be the same colour as they are made from different metals. If I knew this I would of not started the process of the replating. There were many excuses as to why my order wasn’t completed and even he joked to me saying he has much bigger orders than mine, very unprofessional.. when I finally received the items the Louis Vuitton bracelet logo was put in wonky and a little bit of the plating not done on the corner it looks worse than when I gave it to him honestly.. the Gucci watch still has 2 bits of stainless steel coming through and the engagement had some loose prongs which if he was a professional jeweller he should of recommend me to redo the prongs. This was the worst experience I have had with a jeweller, I would not recommend, go to a reputable Jeweller in an actually jewellery shop not some rented space in an office building.

Zach did an exceptional job on an Art Deco ring that turned out to have been shoddily "repaired" by the dealer I purchased it from- the repair was much more time-consuming than we'd thought, and showcases Zach's skill and care. It looks better than it did even when I bought it. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Zach managed to repair my two antique diamond rings for a fraction of the price I would normally paid using someone's else services. I can't describe how happy I am! I don't know how he was able to replace a very old missing diamonds but he did! And done an absolutely great job. It's worth mentioning that I don't live in London. I was risking a lot sending my valuable rings to someone I didn't know and who lives so far away but I'm glad I did! Zach is very honest and super professional person. I will never go anywhere else!
