Very happy with the customer service of JLL.
My tredmill had a damaged bottom connection wire. After initial contact JLL provided me with a spare part and a quick video guide how to replace it, thus saving me a lot of money of a potential repair call out charges.

Very happy with JLL customer services, they have helped me get replacement parts so I can continue using there quality machines.

After doing a lot of research when purchasing a spin bike, I decided the JLL IC 300 Pro would be the best option for me. I'm 5 foot 1 and needed a bike to accommodate me and my 6 foot husband. This does the trick.

It's a really strong and sturdy bike, and is fantastic to use.

It's really quiet. I've even used it while watching the TV.

And it is a powerful bike, giving the opportunity for very fast sprints and also very powerful climbs.

I had to contact the customer service over a spare part and both on the telephone, and via email, the customer service is excellent.

I would definitely purchase more equipment from them.

I have owed both the T350 and the S400 I can honestly say, avoid buying from JLL.
The T350 stopped working within 6 months of purchasing, I was denied a refund as something to do with the electrics wasn’t covered on the warranty.
Afterwards I purchased the S400 to give them another try, this too broke after less than 6 months (the baseplate cracked down the middle)
I politely asked for a full refund as I believe 2 chances was enough, however that was denied and I was given the option to get a replacement main body, of which I would have to replace myself.
Terrible company, terrible customer service.

Product is very sturdy and does exactly what I wanted and could be used by many people in a multi-user setting or even as a piece of home exercise equipment.

Ordered a treadmill but cancelled 20 minutes later. Money was cleared the following day. After having to chase the company 2 or 3 times the "being processed" was starting to wear a bit thin. Had to contact my bank dispute team who refunded my money and will pursue a claim against this company. I waited for 20 days for the refund but nothing until the bank stepped in. This has been very unnecessary and very stressful, and I can only advise to check out the complaints pages.. and stay away from them!!

Only had one small issue and that was the water pump didn't work. The product has been great so far and was delivered on time

5 star service , really fast delivery and a really good price . Will buy again off this company

Purchased the JLL IC400 Pro spin bike for my home gym in garage.
Delivery within a couple of days and great communication & tracking informing me of date and time expected.
Very easy to put together and a video showing instructions to follow.
The only very small issue I had personally with being a 5ft woman with legs to match
was the lowest seat position was an inch too high for me to reach pedals comfortably, but I took the seat post into work and the maintenance engineer there
adapted it for me by taking a inch from bottom of post and re positioning the small screw at the top so that it is now perfect.
(Anyone over 5ft.1 inch would be perfectly fine with the seat height though ... )
Very smooth to ride and easy to use the Iconsole app and heart monitor to record all your sessions on your phone and strava.
resistance adjusted by turning a knob and was ok for me but not sure if the max resistance would be heavy enough for stronger male users ??
All in all I am very happy with this bike for my training as I am a runner and use spin bike and weights as part of my cross training regime :-)

I was recommended the Elite IC400 exercise bike by a friend. Delivery was quick, the price was incredible and I was really pleased with the ‘sturdiness’ of the equipment. Unfortunately it did develop a ‘clicking’ noise (I assume due to a fault with the bearings) which got progressively worse after just a few uses. I contacted JLL through the online chat and was amazed to receive an email response straight away. Amber and Daniel dealt with my issue. Communication was quick and to the point and they arranged for a replacement machine with no quibble. This arrived 2 days after my initial contact with them. It has been so refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent customer service. The new bike?… is perfect!

The rowing machine was delivered faulty, but they changed it over straight away. So just have to rebuild it again.

Seems good value in comparison to what people are asking for second hand equipment

4 years old and my rower is still going strong. In fact I am now so strong I broke the pin bolt. Luckily JLL have kindly sent me a replacement.

I think the majority of my problems are delivery based but I also have issues with the performance of my treadmill. Recent customer service has not been good.
1) got an email advising delivery date
2) delivery attempted on a different date ( apparently this is because I am a prime member)
3) contacted delivery organisation who advised I should have received an email AND a text advising delivery ( none received)
4) rearranged delivery
5) delivery not notified by text as advised
6) parts missing - have been replaced by customer service of JLL and a good will gift supplied - these were left at side of house without notification
7) advised JLL of issues in performance ( button sticking and screen issues), chased as screen still an issue
8) received an email re supply of new console ( very confusing re return of old console and delivery of new). I think I am once again at the mercy of a dubious delivery company!
Overall NOT impressed

I have recently obtained a cross trainer which had some missing bits.
The service I received was second to none.

I’ve owned a CT600 elliptical cross trainer for about four years now and can’t recommend it enough, it’s excellent value for money, I’ve used it for at least four hours every week, and the after sales service has been amazing

Good customer service and fast delivery.

The original treadmill was damaged during delivery. Obviously not the fault of JLL. JLL dealt with the issue very quickly, organised collection of the damaged unit and sent a new one to replace it. The treadmill is fantastic, was easy to assemble, is easy to operate, my wife and I are losing weight already!
