I’ve enjoyed my purchases so far, but the sizing is hit or miss. None of the models on the website reflect larger or curvier frames, so it’s not easy to discern which size to get. I made a purchase and had to return it for a bigger size and pay for express shipping , but the exchange process also wasn’t explicit or overcommunicated. So I ended up paying out of pocket for the upsized item before I realized it was possible to exchange.
Otherwise the garments and accessories have been a beautiful addition to my wardrobe and customer service is very kind.

Who wants a website that would make you pay for something you can't wear..I will not order anything else from your website & I tell my friends that you have wonderful merchandise but it was a disaster trying to return the item for something I can wear. I don't recommend your site to any of my friends! Who wants to pay for something they can't wear?!!!

Description & measurements
One of my favorite things about the app/website is how the product description and model’s measurements are displayed. It really helps me make the correct decision the first time around and alleviates the need to make multiple purchases so I can try different sizes on or having to do the return/exchange song and dance.

Great Statement Pieces
