To be able to send money to family…
To be able to send money to family members from the comfort of my home and not having to find a shop to do this is a bonus.
Maybe look at more locations across the UK for those who are not yet doing online banking so they don’t have to travel too far to send money to their loved ones.

Option to see password
It would be extremely useful to have the option to see you password when signing in to do a money transfer. Instead of making errors. It would make the process more easier

System keeps Crashing .
Sorry for the 2 stars ,But as im located in London England,
the system keeps crashing when I try to send money to Jamaica , no matter what device I use, or if I use the app , online website, they all keep crashing after taking 1 to 2 min to load . But when it used to work it was beautiful and perfect with great satisfaction of survice !.

Terrible customer service and no one answers the phone or can provide answers. Sending family back and forth to pick up money and he can’t receive it. Had to go back 4 times just to find out they are holding the money . Then I finally had to request a refund. Just damn terrible!!!!

Lately has become rubbish sending is constantly awaiting disbursement then have to send id for funds to be released at some point the next day if you are lucky disgustingly distressing contrary to explanation I have been am being verified every transfer since December nothing to do with safety I'm a customer how is it keeping me safe preposterous

Advertising it’s easy to send money straight to an individual account in Jamaica but did not explain that the person would need to sign an authorisation form . It would be good to know this before so we can decide whether is the is best option or even to inform the receiver of this process

Easy and convenient
I’ve always used JN money transfer to send funds to anyone in Jamaica. It’s very convenient and easy to use and the money goes directly to the receiver’s card which I love, no long lines and plenty questions to answer to collect your funds, they just go to the ATM and withdraw their funds. Very convenient.
