We were looked after very well by Sam, he was very helpful and patient with us. Our handover went well and Sam went through things we didn't even know from our previous Puma. He was very polite and respectful for two people who are not tech minded!!

What didn't make my experience great? I walked into ford to possibly select my next motability vehicle and always liked fords so thought now's my chance🤷🏼♂️.......after a few mins of just looking briefly at a couple of carsa young lady approached me and asked if I was ok and that of I needed anything at all to give her a shout,now that's huge for me coz I hate pushy sales people they make me wanna leave,so a minute later I sole to this young lady if I could have some help and she introduced herself as Erin (Ford give this girl a pay rise) and asked my needs and what I was looking for,nothing was too big or small for her,she then took me from start to Finnish through the whole process right up to car collection,no hassle,even when she was training someone up so had them sitting in with us she was attentive towards me and making sure that she wasn't talking more to the trainy but managed to keep the both of us engaged and relevant at the same time so training while selling and doing it exceptionally well, honestly I couldn't thank Erin enough,she made the whole experience,so thank you For bit most of all thank you Erin for making what could be a complex and confusing thing into pure simplicity itself ,huge thumbs up to ford , Erin and the resto of the staff I highly recommend these

My family and I have used John Grose for years. Their staff are exceptional and the customer service is superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I must give a special mention for Charles Goodwin. We always see him as he is so helpful. I picked up my new car yesterday and I am coming back to see Charles so he can go into some more detail about the controls and touchscreen as it’s hard to take in all the information when you pick up the car.
I highly recommend this company

James is a brilliant salesman as well as being a very nice person to deal with. He is not overtly pushy and he gets the job done. Nothing is to much trouble. Grose are fortunate to have him.

I can honestly say that the whole experience of buying my new kia car from John Grose was amazing due to Alex ( with the beard ) who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, hospitable, and funny. He put me at ease when I went for my test drive in my potential new car (so many new gadgets to get my head around) but Alex was calm and made me laugh and I soon calmed down and enjoyed the whole driving experience.
He always had a cup of coffee at hand whenever we had to talk about anything.
And would know the answer if I had any questions and he was just a generally nice guy. Well done Alex!
May I add that all the team were friendly whenever I was in the showroom or had to make a call. Brilliant service at all times.

Sam made every single element of the process straightforward. Sam spent as much time as it needed to ensure that we understood everything fully. All elements of the various cars were explained for their pros and cons based against our needs. Highly recommend.

Took delivery of a new ford kuga yesterday and it’s was so easy from first inquiring about getting the car to picking it up. The salesman’s James Honeywell was so helpful and always happy to help no matter the questions I asked him !!! I would highly recommend John Grose !

From the start and finish of changing my car, I had excellent service from Al Farrington, and staff at John Grose Lowestoft. I have dealt with them for many years, and have always been looked well looked after. That speaks for itself, that I keep using them.

We recently purchased our first EV from John Grose. The whole process from start to finish was professional, helpful and personable.
Karl and Al were instrumental in making it as easy as possible and Al on handover day took plenty of time to show us how the car and all its features and systems operate.
Prior to our purchase they had been maintaining our previous Kia Ceed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership for new vehicles and servicing.

I recently purchased my second Kuga from Jack Keeling @ John Grose Ipswich and again Jack was very helpful, friendly and professional, he did all the hard work for me and got me the car I wanted at a good price. A big thank you to all at J.G but especially Jack Keeling and Jane who delivered my car to me and spent time going through everything to ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend John Grose 😊😊

Purchased my ford Kuga from John Grose Ipswich in July 2025. First MOT due March 2026. John Grose has advised the rear tyre has failed the MOT due to the cords being visible. Since buying I have driven 2000 miles. Also the health check from John Grose states my tyre wear is 0ver 70%.
When I challenged this the service department manager stated the tyre was not worn but I must have driven over a pot hole - that’s rubbish.
I have been offered 20% off the tyre but my wife and I both purchased our cars from this dealership and I am not impressed. I was also planning to purchase a new ford Kuga.
Update. The service manager at John Grose called me today and discussed the rear tyre with the cord showing and as a gesture of goodwill the tyre will be replaced for free. Thank you to the service manager and Jack for bringing my displeasure to his attention.
This is excellent customer service. Thank you.

Five stars for everything, outstanding personal service from Ryan Goldsmith, he is a really genuine person and not like a typical dealer and we saw a lot in our car hunt. It helps obviously when you have an amazing product to sell of course!
