This company is making the same mistakes as ITutorGroup, they're firing teachers that were loyal to them for so many years, they keep threatening teachers with suspending or deleting their accounts if they don't follow ridiculous standards, they treat students like clients and sell them the idea that learning requires no effort, they just want to make them "happy". This company has destroyed the lives of so many teachers that trust them and contribute to them for so many years, they just want to maximize earnings, they have no humanity, they don't answer emails, they don't encourage teachers, they don't give opportunities. They continue doing what ITutorGroup did worst and is treating their workers like garbage. What a disgrace of a company.

We are sorry to read your review and would like to clarify a few points.
1. The mentor program is in place and teachers are not suspended for client complaints. We want to work with teachers to create a positive working environment. However, if a teacher receives a very high number complaints from students and does not take on board the advice from their mentor(s) in order to improve, then we must reconsider their position.
2. Our teacher representatives are always on hand (on a daily basis) to help teachers with any issues they may face.
3. We offer multiple live training sessions per month in order for teachers to improve their skills and develop new techniques.

Lovely company to work for with steady bookings
Their management is constantly trying to improve working conditions for their tutors. The pay is quite reasonable. Very flexible schedule. Easy lesson cancellations in case something comes up. Lesson plans come prepared.

TutorABC is a great company to be a part of. They have very helpful staff who are quick to assist you in case you need support. In addition, TutorABC allows you to have a flexible schedule that fits you. The pay is fair and ALWAYS on time. Great company
Great company, flexibility on hours. Pay on time. The only bad thing is that classes are scheduled by robot or by students that follow you, which is bad because sometimes we have little classes.

TUTOR ABC
TUTOR ABC has been a great extra income for our family. They are making very good changes in the classes we teach and are supportive of their teachers. Your schedule can be VERY flexible and you have wonderful students (adults and children) that eager to learn English.

A phenomenal company that shares the same goals , has the sense of purpose and welcoming atmosphere.
This company is a phenomenal place where I started to enjoy every aspect of life , name it , teaching and learning at the same time are just but the best experiences I embrace everyday. More so , the trainings provided , the help from different departments and of course the outstanding reputation of this company are also the best things I am proud of and enjoying. From the time I start teaching everyday till the last second I spend with my lovely students , always makes me want to start a new day with them. TutorABC promotes a better working environment and fun atmosphere. Needless to say... but I Love this company so much. :)

A key player in the industry
The new management seems to be working hard to improve things. There is a good number of lessons for teachers to earn a decent income. Most students are motivated and well-behaved. The schedule is very flexible, which is important. I have been around for 5 and a half years, and I have delivered almost 8.000 lessons. I am sure that, once things settle, my loyalty will be rewarded with a higher base rate.

I'm working for TutorABC for 3 years…
I'm working for TutorABC for 3 years now and I can only say good things about the company. Staff is friendly and quick to respond. Booking is at 80% average, busier on weekends though. TutorABC team is constantly improving the platform and it is definitely a great company to work for if you want to teach English online.

Flexible and Fun!
You can pick the time you want to work and work up to twenty-four hours a day. I enjoy teaching students. You get to teach both younger students to adults. There are twenty-five and forty-five-minute classes which you will teach.

Teacher representatives are very helpful
The communication has improved with implementation of the Teacher Representative Team, but IT support is still a huge issue and most of the time if you have a problem, you feel like you're on your own. Pay is always on time which is a good thing. The work schedule fluctuates.

TutorABC is supporting their teachers🙏
TutorABC has shown to support teachers by listening than creating better systems inside the teaching platform. I enjoy the way you can choose your monthly availability and how your pay rate increases as you reach a certain amount of hours in each month. I had a recent illness and easily could explain my situation and cancel all opened slots and reserved classes without penalty. I have had 2 six month contracts and would love to see yearly contracts to our most dedicated and responsible teachers. I really am enjoying the freedom to teach when I am available and with students that are committed weekly to their English development.
