Always super helpful when we get stuck with childcare. All the sitters we had were absolutely brilliant!

This has been an amazing boon as a new parent, as was given as perk from my employer.

My wife is on maternity leave with our little boy and she recently injured her shoulder to the point where you couldn't move it, meaning she wasn't able to pick him up.

Having Bubble meant that she could go to her doctors appointments and I could keep working on key project deadlines. Without Bubble it would have been very hard to meet those deadlines and my wifes recovery might have taken longer, having further impact on my work.

The app is really easy to use and there are lots of experienced sitters near by. The fact that they are vetted, you can see if they have a confirmed DBS check and their experience makes finding and trusting someone really easy. This is something which is hard in London if you don't already have a network of parents you know. And even if you have that network it doesn't necessarily mean they'll live near you or have sitters who are available when you need them.

The fact that we can put a request in very short notice and find someone is SO key to emergent issues. It feels like a real safety net or contingency plan for when things go wrong. I have to say that it feels like a real support in the complexity and messyness of parenting. I'm so glad that our employer provides this for working parents.

In a demanding and high pace work environment like my work, knowing that if things go wrong (which they often do with kids) I can have Bubble to find a trusted and skilled sitter makes me feel supported at the point of need, and that my workplace understands the complex and sudden needs that parents can find themselves in.

After having last min cancellations with various nannies in my local area , I finally came across this app ! I can now easily find reliable sitters for the next day with very little notice as there are so many experienced sitters on the app! This is a real god send for busy parents

Great way to book a babysitter. Nice app with the ability to choose your babysitter.

Sitter was fine, however wasn’t upfront about costs. Was expected to pay over £40 for an uber for them to get home.
On bubble it states these sort of costs should be discussed up front, however it wasn’t and I was left in an awkward situation at the end of the night.
Turned a rare night out into a very costly endeavour.
I assumed given the sitter applied for the job and knew the distance, that they had transport. If I’d known I would need to pay for an uber, I would have went with someone else.

Posted job, had a really quick response. Pippa the lady we assigned was so great.

Great app and lovely team. The sitters are punctual, friendly and vetted but most importantly are great with kids. Our 4month old was super well looked after while we got a bit of downtime.

Do not waste ur time with this app. I’ve been with bubble for a year where my reputation on there is very high and even was classed a super sitter on the app. A parent has avoided payment with me and when I confronted the parent about this they tried to swerve payment and lie about me to bubble to avoid payment. They straight away sided with him and kicked me off. Mind you they take a huge fee from ur labour work and claim this fee is for insurance and just in case something goes wrong however when I reported a parent wouldn’t pay me they said they can’t do anything about it so don’t waste ur time
