I could not recommend Jorro highly enough.

Jorro recently installed a solar/charging system with hot water heating and the job was excellent. They turned up when they said they would, did a great job with the installation and have given me everything I asked for, when I asked for it.

If you are looking for something similar, I would choose Jorro.

There are a lot of scams and cowboys out there when it comes to Solar PV installations, so when I decided I wanted to get one, it was paramount to me that I was dealing with a reliable company. Jorro were recommended to me so I decided to go with them. It took a bit of time and quite a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to agree the spec of installation, but when agreed, a date was picked and the team showed up on time to do the job. A misunderstanding with the type of roof tiles required the team to leave and come back on another day - whilst inconvenient, this was handled quickly and both the roofing team and electricians were pleasant and did a very good job. I could hear the sparks wiping their feet every time they entered the house so it was clear that they wanted to respect my home. I'm in the architectural profession, so I'm very fussy about how things look and that workmanship is good. I can't fault Jorro on their installation, and I got the required documentation promptly on payment of the final invoice. Thanks all!

I found Jorro to be an excellent company to deal with. Finding a company to do a non-standard solar PV installation is supprisigly difficult and I had a few dead ends dealing with other companies. A lot of solar companies I talked to were only interested in delivering an 'off-the-shelf' 3kw system. I was looking for a larger garden mounted array. Jorro replied to my initial inquiry and were right on the case for surveying, pricing and follow-up. There was no heavy handed sales pitch - just straight to the point facts. They were able to adapt their offer to suit my needs which was much appreciated. In the end, ground mounting was difficult due to local conditions but they were again able to adapt - I built the frame and they completed all the electrical installation to a very high standard. Again this level of flexibility was greatly appreciated. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful (Lauren initially then Stewart) and the installation engineers, Lee and Gary were polite, hard working and very focused on making sure I was 100% happy with what they were doing. Great work. So all done and I would happily recommend Jorro to potential customers.

From getting an initial quote to installation, these guys have been brilliant. Very clear on the proposition, best in class products, rapid response to questions and all culminating in a first class installation by Gary & Lee.

Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fitted the panels so neatly on the roof and all interior work was thoughtfully executed with minimal disruption to the house.

Jorro came recommended to us and having completed our installation we can now highly recommend Jorro also. They recently installed our solar pv and battery system and from point of contact right through to installation the whole process has been smooth. Stewart was a pleasure to deal with, very informative and communication was excellent, he was very prompt with all responses. The Installation team turned up on the morning when expected (we are 2hrs away from their offices) and were complete within the day. Coming from a construction industry background and having dealt with a variety of companies I can honestly say the service from Jorro was second to none and 100% recommend anyone to contact them if they are considering a solar installation.

Gordon and Billy from Jorro arrived out to put in place a Zaptec Electric Car Charger in what I thought was a pre-wired spur and would have been a couple of hours job at the most. Turned out not to be the case and they had to re-position the charging point, go off and get some armoured cable and spend another half day fitting it. No hassle, very efficient guys and left a tidy job.

Them, the folk in the office - Lauren, Lesley and Stephen - who sorted out payment and scheduling were all top class.

If there were six stars that's what they would get.

Would recommend - after having received 3 quotes for installation of workplace EV chargers, I found Stewart at Jorro really approachable and helpful in regards to further questions I had. I opted to go with Jorro to install the chargers and from point of confirmation, through to completion of work, it has been hassle free.

I chose Jorro after acquiring various quotes from three other suppliers. very pleased with the all communication, either on the phone or e mail, quick response, and precise information, job completed in a professional manner from beginning to end, right down to the grant submissions and EIC delivery. The electrician was excellent, completed the installation in a Blizzard, done and dusted in two and half hours, arrived in the time slot stated. Would strongly recommend this company.

We have recently had a Zappi EV charger and solar PV installation by Jorro. David did a site visit initially and was very approachable and explained the whole process thoroughly. Stewart subsequently visited for planning of the installation, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. All of the team that came to do the installation were friendly and polite, and left our house nice and clean. The roofer had some 'Scottish weather' to deal with but carried on with a smile on his face despite this. We're really pleased with the myenergi system, and recommend Jorro as a professional and competitively priced company.

Fitment date for the charger was longer than expected, however, fitting team did an excellent job of the fitment & ran the cables exactly the way I requested. I was expecting a lot of pushback from the guys regarding the routing due to the difficulty getting the cables into the wall cavity & less than perfect access above in the loft but they confirmed with me where it was to go & did it with no hassle (I did not want any cables or conduit on show either outside or inside the house). Overall I was very impressed with the work they performed & the manner it was completed.

Very happy with the service. Help choosing a charger and prompt quotes. Mine was a non-standard install due to a long complicated cable run. The installers were motivated to do a good job and helped choose a good balance between practicality and cosmetically pleasing for the cable route. Documents arrived shortly afterwards to claim the EST grant. All went more smoothly than I expected.

In fitting a new home EV charger, from start to finish the Jorro team from admin through to installers could not have been more helpfull and more professional. The admin team helped me through the paperwork side of things and the installers did an excellent job. No issues and a happy customer.

From start to finish we have had excellent help and guidance from enquiring, ordering and installation from everyone at Jorro.
The staff in the office helped and answered any query promptly and the installation team were on time as stated and excellent and tidy work.
I would recommend anyone going for a home charge point to check Jorro out as we found everyone to be spot on and efficient in their knowledge (which we were not).

The advice was clear and I had a good choice of chargers. The installation was professional and the team kept the house clean. I didn’t get any information about the app to monitor the charger, just a slip with a registration number from the installation team.

Jorro have been brilliant right from the beginning. The initial contact with the admin team was easy to communicate with and filling out all the paperwork was smooth and hassle free. The Jorro team turned up right on time that they said they would and within 2 hours the job was done and the place was left nice and clean. The instillation job was very clean and all expectations were met. Cant recommend them enough.

This summer, after my purchase of a PHEV, I wanted to install a Zappi charger for my EV and future EVs. One thing lead to another and we ended up installing a complete 6KWh PV array and a storage battery as well as the myenergi Zappi and Eddi PV diverter for the hot watertank. This was not an upsell, but my own request.
Stewart and his team at Jorro were brilliant. A huge number of emails were always responded as i had many queries and they guided me through the various grant and loan applications at every step of the way.
On the day of the installation, they were perfectly on time and coordinated as well as tidy and efficient. They were done with all the technical parts on day one but they had to return on day 2 (from the opposite side of Scotland!) as there were some parts missing from the manufacturer and some minor software issues that they helped me address. They have even responded to a couple of queries I had post installation.
I would wholeheartedly reccomend this team to anyone intersted in EV Chargers or solar+battery installations. I have already ordered extra work through them and reccomended them to others
