Many thanks to this company for the professional way in which they handled my enquiry for an electric charging point for a business. I spoke to Stewart throughout who was helpful and provided me with updates and information as required. The point was installed with no hassle and in a timely manner.
I would therefore highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering having a charging point installed at a business

I had a good experience with Jorro, home & business car chargers installed with no problems. It wasn't cheap but they have done a good job. The install side of things is outsourced to a local electrician and they were good to deal with also. From my experience I would use them again and wouldn't have an issue recommending to others.

Ordered a powerVault home battery for my solar system, they took about 4 weeks before they came out to survey, I agreed to go ahead, they then changed their mind about where the battery was to go, tried to charge me more than first quoted. Never answered emails or telephone calls. awful company. avoid at all cost. I have cancelled my order

Avoid. Untrustworthy.

You'd think it's impossible to carry out an assessment of a solar installation's operational state without the use of a single piece of electrical apparatus....these guys seem to think you can.

Anything for a few extra quid.

After months of waiting I never did receive my charger. I have gave up now, this company is a complete joke as is the Director David Pickles. He will promise you that he will get things sorted but it will never happen. The company is terrible at replying to any emails (there will be many) and you will have to harass them for an response. I strongly advise you to avoid using this company as there is a high chance you will be severely let down. If their installers are anything like the office staff/ managers I would want them near my house. Please take my advice, save yourself a headache and avoid this company.

Check out the other reviews of their bad service. The good reviews I would suggest you treat with suspicion.

Ordered the installation of a Zappi charging unit from them a couple of weeks ago and have been told today that they do not even have a delivery dates of these units. No mention of this on their website and no mention of it on the numerous emails back and forth. I really do think they are trying to mislead me regarding this installation and they cannot at the moment give me a confirmed installation date. This is a complete waste of my time and I really am not happy about the service I am receiving. Please note, if you do intend to proceed with an order from this company be prepared to personally carry out a full survey of the installation route. This is only to save them there time and I do not think this is reflected in the price.

I feel my time has been wasted by this company and unless a miracle happens within the next few days I will be taking this further.

Hi Mr Bennett, I will personally look into this ASAP as you should have been informed that if you wanted a particular brand of charge point (we offer several) that there may be a wait. The new Zappi is unavailable across the UK and was due …Mor

Many, many thanks to this company for the professional way in which they handled my enquiry.
I have purchased a Jaguar I-Pace electric car and having done so I decided to have a charging point installed in my garage. I phoned Jorro and spoke to Stewart who advised me of what was required ie photos of garage location, fuse box, etc to enable me to obtain a grant. Within two weeks I had my charging point installed.
I would therefore highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering having a charging point installed at home or business

Jorro have responded quite quickly and have been very helpful in the there own area of expertise however there seems to be a lack of compatibility or whatever between them and their suppliers/installers. Having said that after explaining the problems we faced all was sorted out to our satisfaction. I still do feel however that more effort could be made to make the customer feel that all the parties are working together and each are putting the customer first (especially in the case of a technophobe like me). In any case at the end of it well done to all.

I'm at the end of my tolerance with Jorro. Endless lack of client care, information and installed kit overview. Constant chasing, endless waiting and no overall package to understand the new system. Non existent after care, and have now been waiting 3 months for my 2 battery storage units to be fixed. I have the feeling that once they have your money they are not interested in fixing any teething (or more serious) problems. David Pickles you need to get your business sorted out.

Abysmal Communication.
Jorro have at every turn been difficult to get an answer from. They have not responded to emails. They promise to call back with information and don't. They delayed installation without any notification. The job is still not finished after 10 months.

Have chased their business development manager for three days for an answer to a simple question but have had nothing but excuses for the lack of a reply.
Was thinking of having a second car charger fitted but am now wondering if Jorro can provide an acceptable level of service.
