I had problems charging my wallet and contacted customer support. They were prompt, helpful and ultimately determined that my wallet was defective and they shipped a replacement at no charge. All around excellent support.

I had the pleasure of having the Journey support team to assist me.
I intended to purchase a product that was not available in my country, and I intentionally purchased the wrong model.

The Journey Support team contacted me, guided me and assisted with providing swift advice and we open and incredibly helpful.

I purchased the LOC8 URBAN Key Organiser Universal.

Very satisfied.

Purchased LOC8 wallet well made and great quality. Had a problem connecting to my phone, contacted the Company and they gave reset instructions which solved the problem
Great customer service

I just received my ALTI Wireless Charging Desk Mat. Looks amazing! When I’m on my PC I can easily charge my iPhone with the MagSafe charging function included with the mat. If there is one suggestion I would like to bring to the table is that the mat could be like 10-15 cm wider.

I’ve used JOURNEY products in the past and have generally had great experiences. A few years ago, I bought an ALTI Desk Mat for work, which was great for charging my phone and AirPods and still looks great. I also bought several LOC8 cards, which worked well.

So when I was planning an international trip and wanted a passport wallet with a tracker, JOURNEY was an obvious choice. I ordered the LOC8 Passport Finder Wallet (Gen 2).

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some aspects of the design and build. The wallet is quite large, yet there’s no compartment for banknotes without folding them. The combination of polyurethane, leather-like sections and grey fabric also didn’t feel particularly cohesive, and I felt the fabric cheapened the overall aesthetic.

The wallet also doesn’t fold particularly well when empty. It feels front-heavy, and I suspect the combination of materials contributes to this. Perhaps this improves once it’s full, but it was noticeable straight away.

The tracker is convenient to charge with a MagSafe charger or power bank, but I was disappointed by the approximately four-month battery life, especially given the wallet’s size.

I gave the product an honest 3-star review when JOURNEY emailed me asking for feedback. I was a returning customer and included both positives and negatives.

JOURNEY replied, acknowledging several of my specific points and saying the feedback would be shared with their product development team. They also told me the review would receive a “verified buyer” badge because it resulted from one of their review requests.

The problem? My review was never published.

As of writing, the product still appears to have only one public review, which is 5 stars. I can’t say for certain why mine wasn’t published, but it’s disappointing to be asked for an honest review, have it acknowledged privately and told it will receive a verified-buyer badge, only for it to never appear publicly.

I initially accepted this and moved on.

A few weeks later, I received an unexpected package from JOURNEY. I hadn’t ordered anything and received no email explaining it. Inside was a Rapid EXPRESS Gen 2 Wireless Car Charger, addressed to me.

I contacted JOURNEY simply to ask why I had received it.

This is where the customer service became particularly frustrating.

My original message clearly explained that I had already received my passport wallet and had never ordered the car charger. The first response assumed I had received the car charger instead of my passport wallet and offered to send me another wallet.

I clarified that I already had the wallet and provided photos of the charger and packaging.

The next response was simply a return label.

I replied that I appreciated the label, but wanted to know why the charger had been sent. The response again misunderstood me and explained why I had received the return label.

I had to explain for a third time that I was asking why the charger had been sent, not why I had received a return label.

They eventually explained that it appeared to have been sent in error, possibly due to a warehouse technical issue, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.

I have no issue returning something sent to me by mistake. My frustration was how difficult it was to get an answer to a straightforward question.

I’ve briefly worked for an Australian eCommerce company myself, and this would normally be handled very differently. We’d thank the customer, apologise, explain what happened, arrange the return and potentially offer a goodwill gesture such as a discount, coupon or small free product to acknowledge their help.

I wasn’t expecting anything from JOURNEY, but the contrast was striking. I voluntarily contacted them to help rectify their mistake, yet the interaction felt very transactional.

Taken individually, none of these issues are particularly serious. The wallet isn’t terrible, the review issue could have an innocent explanation, and mistakes happen.

But taken together, the experience has been disappointing, especially as I was previously a happy JOURNEY customer.

It’s a shame, because based on my previous experiences with the brand, I expected better. I’ll probably be avoiding JOURNEY products in the future.

Purchased a LOC8 finder card and a LOC8 Urban key or organiser. Everything works super smoothly and the Apple Find My integration is simple and flawless. Build quality of both products are excellent and for the prices they’re quite a bargain especially if you get them on sale.
Team support is exceptional and they actually would go the extra mile to help you out. 10/10 recommended.

I had a small problem (my fault) with my mag wallet. Contacted Journey and within hours had a comprehensive, yet easy to understand solution. It worked easily, quickly and completely sorted. Am thrilled with the quality of my mag wallet and the excellent customer service. Have just order another wallet as a surprise for my husband. Many thanks.

The keychain itself is an insane concept, and it has helped me so much for someone that tends to lose belongings.

Customer support deserves a big shout out because my charger broke, and they replied within minutes to help me get another!

Recently I made a warranty claim for a replacement USB-C wall charger. Within 20 minutes the team at Journey responded and, after I provided evidence of the problem, they despatched a new charger the same day!
Their responsiveness and customer service far exceeded my expectations and I heartily commend them.

First, the product quality is great. I ordered the desk pad with the alti lift. I've had it for months without any issues. At one point, a part of the lift had broken during my daily use. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and checked my warranty. They sent me a replacement after I sent them a photo of the part that broke. Very happy with their service, highly recommend!

A surprisingly excellent service. I made a general enquiry to ask if they sold spare charger leads and was offered one free by return. Even more impressive was that everything was done over a bank holiday weekend.

Ordered my products and on my order confirmation realised I had put in an old address. Emailed late on a Sunday evening explaining and it was all fixed and amended within 15 minutes.

Can't wait for the products to arrive and to share my review on them.

I misplaced an air vent mount bracket which was also just outside of my purchase warranty period. Got in contact with the JRNY support team, who were fantastic to deal with, and honoured my request after a series of communications (phone & email). After receiving verification, theey posted a replacement bracket to me in record time. Great after-sales support!

When my order was misdelivered by the local courier and marked as "delivered," I reached out to Journey. Anjali from the support team responded right away and immediately prepared a replacement order without any hassle.
Fortunately, after pushing the courier company, I managed to recover my original package. When I informed Journey to cancel the duplicate order, their team was extremely warm, understanding, and appreciative of the update.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with my LOC8 VERSA wallet after several months of normal use, as the leather/material developed a crack.

I contacted Journey Customer Support and was very impressed with how professionally and quickly they handled the situation. I provided some photos and details of my order, and after reviewing the issue, they offered to replace the wallet at no cost.

The replacement arrived today in a sealed, brand-new package and in perfect condition.

I am very happy with both the product and, especially, the quality of Journey's customer service. They took my concern seriously and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
