Great chargers - modern look and very functional
Have really loved this charger and we have multiple of them in our house. I did have an issue with one charger after a few months of use, and the team were very quick to resolve and send a replacement.

LOC8 VERSA Wallet trackable with money clip - very nice!
Great quality wallet with a really nice feel in the hand.
Had an issue pairing the first one with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, but Journey’s customer service was super quick to help test it and sent a replacement right away. New one worked instantly.
It can hold all my cards (can stuff up to 8 if needed).
The built-in stand is a very useful and stable feature.
Very happy with it overall!

Good product and good customer service
I have been trying to find a great multifunctional Apple device charger for travel and while this one isn’t quite as compact as some of the others I’ve found, it has the advantage that it actually works. The mag-safe charger for the phone stays attached, the watch can charge and act like an alarm clock and AirPod platform works great too.
And to top it off, the customer service was awesome as well. My local post office screwed up and didn’t notify me about the delivery (even though the tracking number said it had been) and so I reached out to them to figure out how to get my package. They were amazingly responsive and helpful.

Very happy with my Journey wallet and the support I received from Journey. There were some issues connecting to my iphone, but Journey support responded well and swiftly and even ended up replacing my Journey wallet. All is good now... Thanks

Top Service. Habe ein Problem mit der Schraube beim Loc8 Key Manger gehabt. Due schraube hat nur gerade auf den untersten 3mm vom Gewinde gehalten. Habe es dem Service gemeldet. Nach einer Videoaufnahme vom Fehler wurde mir sofort ein neuer zugeschickt ohne weitere Probleme. Super Service vielen Dank 😊👍🏼

My LOC8 wallet repair assistant
My LOC8 wallet hinge broke, and they gave me a free replacement. And my original wallet’s “find-my” feature didn’t pair with my iPhone, so they sent me a factory reset tutorial guide from YouTube and it worked. My wallet is back on track.

Great design, exceptional customer care
I bought a 3 in 1 travel charger from journey and liked it so much I decided to get a permanent one for home. Shipping was delayed with Aus Post and when I contacted journey they immediately reshipped to save me any further delays. Great customer service and I love their designs and functionality.

Great products and great service
I got the LOC 8 Urban Key Organizer and it’s a really good product. Handy in use and pretty in design. My keys are tucked away neatly and easier in my pockets.
The customer service has been great too. Quick response and very helpful, friendly staff.
