I recently contacted their customer service as I have misplaced the charging cable for my trackable passport holder while moving house. They replied within a few minutes and offered to send me a replacement one free of charge! Carol was amazing! Would never hesitate to recommend Journey products to anyone!

Awesome product and after sales customer support
Love their LOC8 VERSA Money Clip MagSafe Finder Wallet and Stand. A sure staple EDC for me. I noticed the battery started degrading after half a year but thankfully Carol and the customer service team helped me sort it out.

I reached out to customer service regarding something small an unexpectedly received phenomenal customer service. I forgot to include my first time order credit of only 5% and they were very pleasant and it was so easy for them to refund me the difference. I highly recommend this company.

GR8 product, GR8 customer service!
I was given the LOC8 Versa as a gift. I immediately loved the quality and look and feel of the wallet. I was having trouble getting it to link to the 'Find My' app. I emailed customer service and received a reply within an hour! They offered me some things to try to see if we could resolve the problem - straight forward, logical steps. When nothing worked, they said they would replace it. It arrived the next day! The new one worked! I love the wallet, fit and finish are outstanding, and the customer service is absolutely top notch.

I purchased a 3 in 1 charger to replace the one we left it in a hotel room. Because I have another JRNY charger, I trusted it would work and threw out the packaging. Well…my wife says to me, “this is not charging my watch.”
I filed a request with JRNY and they responded promptly with suggestions to fix it. It turned out to be the charging cord.
JRNY is a great company who takes care of their customers. Fast response time! Suggestions! Even follow up emails when I didn’t get back to them.
I will definitely be buying JRNY products again.
