Great products and outstanding customer service
I had an amazing experience with Journey Official. The products are not only beautiful but also genuinely functional, exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, the customer service is excellent: communicative, responsive, and they actually fix problems in a way that works out in the customer's favor. It's rare to find a company that gets both the product and the support right. Highly recommend.

Makes everything so simple, less clutter with not having to have numerous cables on the go. Convenient ambient light which is a nice touch.
A bit on the pricey side, that said you get your monies worth I think. Easy to order and quick delivery. Looking at purchasing more products very soon.

The products from Journey are truly superior. You have confidence from the moment you unpack them - the professionalism and attention to detail is readily apparent. I ran into a user error on my part with their awesome 3-1 charging station and Customer Service was quick and gracious in teaching me how to align it properly. They are a first class company.

Exceptional customer support and service
I initially purchased Nova wireless charger and was impressed by the quality so looked further into what was available at Journey. I purchased an additional mag safe Versa money clip/card wallet and stand as well as Loc8 tracking cards.
I had difficulty setting up and charging the Loc8 cards, I contacted customer service and received exceptional service. After troubleshooting the issues with the team it was resolved that replacements would be delivered. All the interactions were respectful, prompt and new cards were dispatched the same day.
The Nova stand is stylish and charges phone, watch and earbuds. It has a night light function, the phone can be positioned either portrait or landscape and the night clock feature of the iPhone is an additional bonus.

Fantastic customer service. I got in touch to see if it was possible to get a replacement part for my iPhone car charger. Right away I received a response. I was told that they were looking into it and shortly after, on the same day, I was notified that the part was on its way to me. You can't ask for much better than that! Replaced it no quibble after I broke it
